The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!
It was a good stay after exploring the Nakasendo Trail.

The parking was good, the staff were pleasant and the Onsen and facilities overall were very good. The breakfast was nice, as was the room, and the view out the window in the mornings was amazing. The 7-11 is just across the road so that is also a bonus.
The place feels like it is back in the 80s, but that is just a cosmetic thing as all the other facilities are great. It is good as is, but I also think it has amazing potential.

Nice well kept property.
Need to understand how the split unit A/c operates. It operates at low capacity after a while and the room can feel warm during summer.

The property appears to date from the 1970s–1980s and has a noticeably dated, old-fashioned feel. It would benefit from comprehensive modernisation throughout, with particular attention to updating the rooms to create a more contemporary and appealing living space.
