The property has excellent exposure to be facing south; the surrounding area will house consists of fields and forest in rurality and quiet environment.
This property highlight the extensive lawn area of 1 football field, private pool and a great porch to do in the summer outdoor dining with the convenience of having adjacent barbecue. This vacation home has a sober decoration but careful with a very personal touch. The villa is ideal to accommodate 2-3 families or large groups up to 14 people.
This home has easy access and has the advantage of being 9 km from the city of Póvoa de Varzim-and its beaches - and the A28 motorway linking Porto walks.
This property a good basic accommodation for those who enjoy tranquility, peace and comfort in perfect harmony with nature.
The house has 2 floors.
Ground floor: the main entrance have direct access to one direct access antechamber to the dining room and then the living room with fireplace; this in turn gives direct access to the upper floor where the rooms are. The kitchen - open type - is located next to the dining room. On the ground floor we still have 1 full bathroom and a double bed sheltered by a curtain for privacy. m double bed and the upper floor.
On the upper floor the house has 5 bedrooms with double bed and one with twin beds, 4 of the rooms have private bathroom. All rooms and bathrooms have central heating.
Outwardly: the house has 1 large porch with barbecue and opening to the outside; is a great place for social gatherings. Adjacent to the main house there is a large swimming pool complemented by one very spacious lawn leisure activity, and with 2 goals to soccer games. In addition to the main house there is a room with toys for children.

Je conseille cette location qui est très appréciable pour vivre à l'extérieur.
Le terrain, la maison et les dépendances sont suffisants et agréables pour 13 personnes. Le nombre de chambres et de sanitaires est très pratique. Nous n'avons utilisé que la cuisine extérieure, avec ses grandes tables et son barbecue. Le grand terrain d'herbe permet plein d'activités extérieures en sécurité. L'environnement est calme : champs et route peu fréquentée.
Espace extérieur suffisant pour garer 3 voitures, sans se gêner.
La maison est bien située pour aller à la mer, à Porto.
La piscine ne permet pas d'accueillir 13 personnes, mais nous a suffi.
A améliorer : Cuisine, salon et salle à manger intérieurs sont très sombres, un peu vieillot et certains meubles sentent le renfermé, ce qui aurait été un gros inconvénient si nous y avions vécu.
