The food and staff are exceptional.
Some of the older rooms need updating but they're perfectly functional and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

The facility was really nice, food was good, and there was a variety of activities, my family had a great time
We were pressured to attend a sales presentation for their membership where the salesman named Salvador was rude and unprofessional leaving a bad experience. We were also promised a free rental of a bali bed for attending the presentation, we presented the QR code for the promotion at early checkout a night before and everything seemed fine, not until 20min before our ride to the airport the next day that they decided to tell us the coupon wasn’t valid and we owed 100USD for the bali bed. The situation and poor communication between the staff members left a bad impression as our las experience at the hotel

There is no proper beach where you could walk on the sand.
The property is too large and the restaurants are too far apart.

Property is well laid out.
Customer service - But they will never pick up phone calls. Waited for 3 hours and no one answered phone.
Airport pick up and drop off should be automatic and easier.
Food is also same everyday. Drinks were not well mixed.
Should have a welcome drink (non-alcoholic drink) as soon as the guests arrive.
