Given the Venice very high prices, the hotel offers a very good price for quality ratio. The location is excellent (for those who prefer the tranquility and elegant riviera vibe of Lido). The hotel itself, although the interior design is not really in my taste, offers all that one needs from the Venice sightseeing base. Clean, comfy, good breakfast, perfect for families. The staff is professional and very friendly.
We experienced a minor technical issue in our room and it was addressed asap.
I’m not the biggest fan of the hotel interior style but it’s a matter of personal taste.

The breakfast was good and well balance and enough of everything you need. It was also fresh and we have no complain of the breakfast. There were enough of everything and we had a great breakfast.
We asked for an early check in and the room where not ready. I have mailed long in advance to arrange the early check in since we came with an overnight flight and wanted to refresh.

Great location, friendly stuff, clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast selection. Short walk to the vaporeto to go to other islands. Beach around the corner.

- the value for money compared to Venice and lido was good.
- the coffee at breakfast was horrible especially considering we are in italy
- some of the sheets and towels had dirt or yellow spota on them
- the beds were not very comfortable
