The pool are was superb with a very large pool.
One of the male receptionist who wasn’t staff was really quite unhelpful.

The location was excellent, the buffet food was also very good, the servicing of the room was excellent, each day cleaned and fresh towels provided
When we arrived the lady receptionist that dealt with us was not friendly and really negatively impacted the start of our stay at Mediterranean Palace which was a big disappointment. The hotel is in my opinion not a five star hotel. There were a large number of families with young children and it as impossible to void children constantly crying and screaming at the pool, in the restaurant, during the evening hotel entertainment. This is a typical family hotel and persons looking for peace and quiet should not book the Mediterranean Palace.
We also had difficulties with the room air conditioning which were not addressed after we reported the issue.
