About this house rental
Situated in East Naples, this lovely house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A bright and spacious Florida home set in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by beautiful gardens within walking distance to the Foxfire Golf & Country Club with its 27 hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis and bocce courts, gym, restaurant and vibrant social community. The first impression when walking into our beautiful home is how light and comfortable it is, with its large open living spaces overlooking the private pool and garden. The house has light oak floorboards throughout the bedrooms and sitting areas and tiled bathrooms. There are two open sitting areas: the first incorporating two armchairs, two large sofas and coffee table, plus a spacious dining area and table with comfortable dining chairs for six people. The room has lovely views and direct access to the private, screened pool and garden via double sliding glass doors. The family room is spacious and bright with 50” Smart TV, DVD player, two sofas and two armchairs, a library of books, again with direct access to the pool area and overlooking the lovely garden through a large picture window. The Master bedroom, which directly overlooks and opens out to the pool area, has an American King-size bed, large walk-in closet and spacious ensuite bathroom with Roman tub, glass-screened shower and ‘his’ and ‘hers’ marble-topped vanity units and sinks.. The Second bedroom overlooks the front garden and has a queen-size double bed and closet with an adjoining newly -refurbished bathroom with shower which has been newly-refurbished bathroom has a glass-screened shower and large marble-topped vanity unit. The Third bedroom has twin beds and closet and an adjoining bathroom which has recently been refurbished with a walk-in shower and marble-topped vanity unit. Each bedroom is set in a different portion of the house, offering privacy and quiet. All bedrooms have overhead fans, in addition to the air conditioning throughout the house. The walk-through kitchen links the two sitting areas and also partially overlooks the pool area and garden. It is fully equipped with conventional and microwave ovens, fridge-freezer and breakfast bar with granite work tops. There is a separate utility room with an over-sized washer and separate tumble-dryer, sink and ironing facilities. There are plenty of racks to hang washing up in the utility room and in the garage. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large lanai within a peaceful and private setting overlooking the extensive lawns and garden. The outdoor dining table seats up to 8 persons and the screened pool area has six sun-loungers and an outdoor bar with sink, drinks fridge and a separate gas barbecue. High speed WiFi internet is available throughout house. The pool and garden service attend weekly. A cleaning service is available upon request during your stay. The double garage has direct access to the house and will accommodate a single vehicle with extra room for storage including beach chairs, floats and tennis racquets for tenants’ use. A full set of replacement bed linen, beach towels and hair dryers are provided. Please note that our home is not suitable for young children due to the direct access to the pool area. Please also note that, due to Foxfire Club rules, if you wish to use the golf and club facilities a Full Rights Transfer Fee is payable (approx. $600 per rental). Alternatively, the Social Rights Transfer allows access to all Foxfire amenities, excluding the golf course (approx. $300 per rental). Excellent Stay in Naples
Just completed a stay at this property within the Fox Fire Golf Club community. The property had everything you would require. On a Cul-de-Sac with a spacious secluded back yard and a lovely pool that we enjoyed each and every day. All amenities were provided for and a few small issues we encountered when first arrived were immediately addressed. Owner is incredibly responsive. Close to every thing you want In the Naples area. We loved it and cant wait to reserve this property again. AAA+++

What a warm and comforting home to escape to from the cold of Chicago. The pool was used daily and we utilized the golf at Foxfire for 10 rounds. Beautiful corse and such a friendly staff.

We had an excellent experience with our rental of Virginia's house. Virginia responded quickly to our questions both before and during our stay. The house worked out very well for our family which included four adults and children ages 3, 5 and 7.
The Foxfire neighborhood is quiet and welcoming to walkers/joggers. If you're a golfer, the Foxfire golf course is challenging yet very enjoyable to play. And the staff is extremely helpful.
We hope to stay at the house again in the future.

Relaxing family getaway
The property was very easy to access. Owners instructions regarding the home were straight forward and easy to understand. The home was as shown but felt even more open than pictured. We loved the pool and private yard. Short drive to Naples beaches. Grocery close. Favorite beaches were Delnor-Wiggins, tiger tail, south beach, Lowdermilk. We were thankful to have a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood to stay in :)

Beautiful home to rest and relax
We initially liked the photos which is why we chose this beautiful home - but the actual home felt much bigger and was just perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook lovely home meals. The kids loved the pool. Great neighbourhood to go for a jog. Short drive to 5th avenue where lots of the action was. Would highly recommend!

A FANTASTIC stay in Naples, Florida
I can't say enough about this wonderful property! The layout of the house itself flowed beautifully from room to room. The house is quite spacious and definitely felt like It was for designed for family and friends - a great place to entertain, relax, and enjoy family. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to put together delicious Florida seafood meals! The back of the home opens to a delightful pool area. The screened pool area as well as the back yard were quite private. We could not see neighbors in back of the house.
The other "best part" of this VRBO rental was Virginia, the owner of the home. The instructions that she gave us were very complete. Virginia had all the details covered. She was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a question - truly a top notch person and host. This property receives our very highest recommendation.

Fantastic home with beautiful pool!!
We loved staying at this home for 2 weeks! It was perfect for our family. The best part for us was the brand new pool and the beautiful gardens. We spent a lot of time on the lanai: eating our meals, swimming, reading books, and just enjoying the spectacular view. The house is wonderful and with 3 bedrooms it was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. You can see the owners have done lots of renovations and upgrades. The kitchen has plenty of space and everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. The owner, Ginny, was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. The process was flawless. We will DEFINITELY stay here next year when we vacation in Naples! Do not hesitate to book this amazing property!

location is very good safe secluded and quiet and yet is only a few minutes from old Naples the property itself is well appointed and has everything you could require including a lovely pool. we have stayed there three times now and we would stay nowhere else.

A great get away from winter.
House met all expectations but required a car to access the many attractions of Naples. Nothing was in walking distance but it was a very pleasant area for walking, as exercise. Neighborhood was very peaceful and quite - sitting on the patio by the pool viewing the many beautiful flowers, lush plantings and watching and hearing the birds was a joy - particularly when thinking of the ongoing winter back North.

Great villa in a lovely community
Spent a very enjoyable 9 days over Christmas and New Year. Foxfire is a very pleasant gated community and the villa itself has a large rear garden with mature trees at the rear which provides excellent privacy with a feeling of space. The lanai was down due to the summer hurricane, but this was not an issue at the time we were there, with no insects during the sunny days.
The interior layout really worked for us as a family - with everyone getting plenty of space and privacy - and 'grandad' able to watch premier league football when he couldn't sleep or didn't want to sit in the sun. Perfect.
Would certainly recommend and would happily return to the villa.

Everything and more than we expected
The property was lovely with a beautiful pool and well equipped facilities. It's position in terms of Naples itself was excellent - 5/10 mins to beaches, Tin City and main shopping areas of Naples.
We also used the gym at the clubhouse which was nice too.
Whilst in Naples we had good access to the I4 so getting to Everglades City etc was very easy.
We would stay again and have already been recommending to our friends and family.
The owner was also very helpful with questions we had prior to travel - thank you

A wonderfully spacious house in a quiet yet convenient location.
We have just returned from our third stay in this spacious and comfortable house and we plan to return again next year. The house suits us on many levels but the well equipped pool and dining area is exceptionally good as it is surrounded by lush gardens and is not overlooked. There has been a lot of upscaling of the house and equipment to satisfy the needs of today's rental market and the owners are very approachable and efficient if a problem does occur. The location is pretty unbeatable for downtown eating, beaches and shopping and the Foxfire golf course, sports facilities and clubhouse are of an excellent standard. Properties as good as this, in this location, are extremely rare, it truly is a gem!

Comfortable and spacious in a quiet location.
The owner communicated really well, making things very easy for us. Good information regarding the property golf and Naples. It is located in a well maintained golf estate and really close to downtown Naples. It is easy to get to the beaches and food shopping is a couple of minutes away.
The house is spacious and very comfortable, lovely wood floors were new this year, other upgrades are in process making this wonderfully located house even more enjoyable. The outside area is exceptionally spacious for eating and lounging by the pool, we spent most of our time outside as it is not overlooked at all and surrounded by a large lush garden.
As golfers we made good use of the course, clubhouse and the facilities available to us. We will be returning for a 3rd visit next year.
