The location was perfect, very close to Termini and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleaning was done every day which was very appreciated.
There were small bugs in the toilet, like small ants.

Good AC with a fan above the bed. The room would cool down very quickly. The bed was comfortable with 2 pillows that were both ok to use. There were clean towels, bed made and the room was cleaned well daily. The tv had Netflix, Utube, BBC and Sky news so I was happy. The shower had good pressure. The hotel had a lift which was essential as the hotel rooms are on the first 2 upper floors.
The bathroom smelled bad as there were obvious toilet/plumbing issues. So, I kept the bathroom fan on when I was in the room and it removed the smell.

Great location near metro station

The room was clean and it is very convenient to the train station which was the primary reason for picking it.
The A/C didn't particularly cool the room effectively. It was lucky that the outside air was cool enough that the window could be opened to compensate.
The shower water never got warmer than lukewarm.
