The lady at the reception was very kind and she explained everything. The staff were smiling, very kind. The swimmingpool was clean and refreshing, the sunbeds are brand new and very comfy. The sush rule after 10pm is amazing. The building was quiet the nighttime, quiet the daytime. Everybody came for chill. The view was amazing, the beach is like 10 minutes walk. There is a Mercadona just next to us. The full size fridge has a freezer, the washing machine was clean, there was an italian coffee maker, there is an oven and all the stuff you need to cook. There is a beautiful park next to the building. You can also recycle. Be kind the staff, they are nice people.
The British bar was closing at 8. I would consider to have a few pint or try their kitchen just the closing hour didn't work for us. Getting back to the apartment around 7 and their kitchen is already closed. We had nice alternatives though. The tv was tiny but you didn't come for the programmes, right?

The location is good, we have been staying here since 2020 every year. We like the old town and the apartment is located nicely
The apartment has never been updated the 6 years we have stayed here. There was polishing and sanding on the foyer and first level when we were there, they put us on the 2nd floor and the noise and dust was horrendous, every morning wakened up 8.30 with very loud voices and power tools was not acceptable. We should have been moved, the dust was everywhere, the landings and stairwells were not only covered but the dust was in our rooms, coming in u see the doors it was just awful. I suffered with a painful dry throat from the dust and have not s throat infection.
