Friendly staff, access to gift and food shops in the hotel.
Larege and spacious venue.
- very firm mattress, bed was difficult to sleep on
- the chairs and sofas in the rooms needs to be changed, they are now quite aged and worn out
- the floors on the ground floor is cracked in many places and presents a falls hazrd, ideally the floor tiles need to be repaced or the floor should be carpeted
- difficult to get a hot drink such as tea or coffe outside of set hours, a coffe cart neart the entrancewould be useful
- no in room dining service

Very comfortable room and a fantastic water park. My child enjoyed the water slides immensely since the wait times were short — she liked it even more than Tokyo Summerland! Everything overall was above expectation, except for the food.
The dinner and breakfast buffets were disappointing and fell below our expectations.

ビュッフェがおいしかった。
いつも帰国のたびに利用しています。今回は日本語が話せない義両親のために私が予約していました。私は義両親と別の部屋に宿泊。家族で宿泊した3泊の最後の夕食時に義両親から、”部屋がタバコ臭くて窓を開けてやっと寝られたよ、、喫煙部屋を予約したのね”と言われて、私は禁煙部屋を予約したつもりだったので、フロントで禁煙部屋だったことを確認しました。全室禁煙だそうで、そのことを義両親に伝えました。だとすると前に泊まった人がこっそり喫煙したとしか思えない強いたばこ臭だから、禁煙を注意喚起するとか、気をつけたほうがいいよとフロントの方に伝えておいて。とのことでした。
その旨をフロントに伝え、睡眠するために別の部屋に移れるがどうしますかとオファーされましたが、義両親はあと一泊だしこのままでいいとのことでその話は終わったのですが、
前に宿泊した方のマナーの問題ではありますが、そんなに匂いが残っていたら、禁煙で予約しているお客さまをいれるべきでないのでは？お掃除の方の段階でフロントに報告するなどできなかったのかなあ、と残念です。
うちの家族は喫煙者がいません。オーストラリアから旅行して北海道まで来た義両親が快適に過ごせるようにと禁煙部屋を予約したので、そこだけ残念でした。
