La posizione, perfetta per esplorare sia il sud che nord dell’isola. Camera con tutto il necessario.

Camera ampia e pulita. Dispone di tutti i confort con una doccia bella ampia. Disponibili due frigoriferi e l'aria condizionata. Dal bancone, abbastanza grande, si vede la spiaggia di Cala Marcal, bella caletta raggiungibile a piedi. Supermercato a due passi. Anche il paesino limitrofo Portocolom è molto raffinato e non turistico. Check in molto agevole. Parcheggio privato a due passi.
L'unica pecca è la stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore, ma si tratta di un dettaglio trascurabile per una coppia giovane.

La ubicación. Y que tuviera aire acondicionado. De tamaño está bien para 2 personas.
Le faltaba un poco dd limpieza cuando llegamos y también falta de limpieza en las zonas comunes.

Gut ausgestattetes, relativ neues Bad mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, schöne große Dachterrasse, leider ohne Sonnenschutz, sehr gute Lage nahe Strand und Gastronomie, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeit.
Personal oft nicht Vorort. Reklamation bzgl. fehlendem Heißwasser in der Küche konnte nicht behoben werden. Heißwasser musste aus dem Bad in das Spülbecken gefüllt werden. Spülbeckenstöpsel wurde ausgetauscht, passte trotzdem nicht richtig. Ameisenproblem konnte mit Spray gelöst werden. Schlechte Küchenausstattung - z. B. nur ein Weinglas, kein Korkenzieher usw. Unterschiedlich große Betten, Matratzen passten nicht in den Bettkasten. Einige Lampen funktionierten nicht. Fön lies sich nur mit gezogenem Stecker ausschalten. TV ohne deutsche Programme.
