the staff were lovely despite not speaking much English and the room had a lot of space.
The beds weren’t comfortable and there was no cleaning done during our stay of one week.

Simple, spotlessly clean. All the basics which I needed. Located in a lovely area close to city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. Very close to a beautiful panoramic viewing point, close to a tram line and funicular if you want to avoid climbing steep steps en route.
Perhaps not ideal for elderly or slightly infirm because of steep stairs and in a hilly area of the city.
