About this house rental
From this rental, several activities are available to you:
- Discovery of the coastline
- possibility of hiking or cycling from the cottage
- Dive into history (Dinan, Lehon,..)
- Rest with the children in the garden or games in a communal playground for children or adults, a basketball court, a football field
I will be happy to welcome you to this comfortable house. It is composed of: a well-equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a pull-out bed, a shower room and separate toilets. Behind the house, there is a quiet garden where you can rest. In front of the house, you can park your car in the courtyard.
For people with reduced mobility, the entrance to the house has a step, then a small one. The bedrooms are not accessible as access is via a spiral staircase. The living room is spacious with a sofa bed. The toilet is accessible by a gentle slope as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The shower has a step. To go to the terrace, there is a small function. To go to the garden, there are 3 steps.
It is located in Taden. This quiet village is in a triangle rich in activities: the beautiful medieval city: Dinan (5km), the corsair city and the Channel Islands: St Malo (25km), the beaches of Lancieux (20km), and one of the wonders of the world: Mont St Michel (60km)

To get to Taden:
Via the Paris-Rennes motorway, then towards St Malo
Or via the Paris-Caen motorway (the cheapest way to get there)
or via RN12
or train from Paris Montparnasse to Dinan
and free bus between Dinan and Taden (during the day except Sunday)
The house is located in the heart of the village.
There is a bus network to go to St Malo, Dinard, Rennes from Dinan.
There is an electric charging station 2.5 km from the cottage.

Gites propre accueil agréable de la propriétaire. Nous étions avec notre petit fils seul petit bemol terrain en pente qu'il faudrait signaler sur l'annonce. Sinon proche de beaucoup d'endroit à visiter. Avons passé un agréable séjour.

Un accueil très chaleureux, la maison est propre, confortable et très bien aménagée.
Le quartier et le village, typiquement breton, sont calmes et agréables.
Un endroit idéal pour rayonner sur St Malo, la Rance, Dinan, le Mt St Michel, et d'autres coins touristiques de Bretagne ou Ouest Normandie.
Nous recommandons vivement.

Un séjour très agréable,la location est calme et très bien équipée notamment au niveau de la cuisine. Terrasse agréable à l'arrière pour manger dehors. Literie parfaite.
Le village est très joli et calme, la proximité avec Dinan très pratique.
