Easy check in, great room, loved the pool table, muffin and coffee saved me at 3:50 am when we had to leave for the airport. Shuttle driver was there and ready to take us to airport early. She was very personable and fun! Also, we when we called for a shuttle return...he was there in less than 10 mins and turned out to be an asst. manager b/c no shuttle driver was on staff...he was very friendly and didn't mind jumping in to pick us up at all!

The staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and everything was clearly marked. Breakfast was delicious- when you walked up to the buffet it looked small but actually, there was everything you needed. Lavazza coffee was perfect. There are no carpets in rooms which is fabulous!! SO much cleaner feeling. Toiletries were also lovely.
The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning unit that pumped outside air in - it was noisy and couldn’t be switched off- but I imagine that’s some kind of regulation as we’ve experienced that in most other hotels of this type. Next time we’ll bring earplugs. Otherwise great.
