Magnífica ubicación y habitación limpia y muy cómoda.

La cama muy incomoda, antigua y dura, teníamos dificultad para dormir… una pena No puedes dejar la maletas y después recogerlas para entrar o irte de la habitación, tuvimos que buscar un locker.

Amazing Stay!

The location of the suite was perfect. Close to all attractions, plenty of cafeterias, restaurants, bars and shops in the neighbourhood. The suite was clean (daily housekeeping) and though in an old building, very modern.

Struttura perfetta

Struttura troppo carina, posizione ottima (al centro, due passi da piazza Navona e da tutte le altre attrazioni), zona tranquilla e abbastanza trafficata, situata in delle viette con tanti bar e posti per mangiare. La struttura molto bella e accogliente, stanza molto spaziosa e pulita. La consiglio tanto!!

Bagno molto piccolino e un po' di muffa nelle finestre (purtroppo sono allergica). Oltre questo ottimo!

Excelente acomodação em Firenze.

A localização é excelente e o quarto muito confortável. Tem um bom espaço, cama confortável, banheiro super agradável. O diferencial foi a recepção e atenção da Kathe conosco.

Centralissimo e grazioso

posizione centralissima, 5 minuti a piedi da piazza Navona, stanza graziosa, ben arredata, letto comodo, istruzioni ricevute via WhatsApp chiarissime

piccola perdita d'acqua dal piatto doccia; la stanza da su un cortile interno bruttino e piccolissimo, non viene voglia di aprire le tende; stanza e bagno puliti ma consiglierei di pulire anche la parete della testata del letto perchè le luci radenti rivelano molta polvere sul muro

Nice room but awful entrance to the hotel

Good location, comfortable and very nice bathroom. The room was good.

Before we reached our room/reception the building was was disgusting. The smell was awful and probably because of all the rubbish that was left there (see images attached).

Perfect if you want to combine the typical tourist must-sees with nice food and drinks

Very nice location. A lot of bars and restaurants in this area. We did all sightseeing by foot. Looks like on the pictures and the room was very clean. I liked the large shower and nice bathroom.

The entrance was a bit strange as you were walking through the ground floor which is being used for storing trash bins etc. It‘s maybe a bit pricey and doesn’t feel like a hotel as there is no staff.

Great value for money!

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from a lot of monuments. Our room was spacious, it was equipped with a kettle, and a minibar which was really handy for keeping a snack fresh and also preparing a quick coffee/ tea in the morning. The air conditioning was excellent, the bathroom was clean, and the decoration was tasteful. The room had an open closet and a safe. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was quiet. Also, our room had an extra space like a hall with a sofa, that also had air conditioning. Overall, the place is a great value for money and we would definitely stay again.

We had rather noisy neighbors that would leave their door open. Hopefully, our bedroom was on the other side, facing the street and the noise was much less noticeable. The room had double-pane windows The garbage bins are located at the entrance of the building, and when it is very hot, the smell is rather strong. However, this does not affect the rooms as they are located on the first floor. It is just unpleasant when you enter or leave the building.

The entrance is horrible, the smell… I dont understand why they can take the trash outside the bulding.

Amazing rooms, fabulous location!

So clean and comfortable! Air con was great. Location was awesome, lots of restaurants around and supermarkets.

Nice stay in apartment close to everything

Comfy bed in good location near Piazza Navona and plenty of eateries and bars. Plenty of room.

Water pressure and temperature for shower was below par had to have a decent shower, slightly noisy at night

Great stay in a perfect location in the heart of the city

Clean and great size room, facilities were also very nice and location was amazing.

There is no staff there so the directions to get access to the room are not clear, I did not receive a clear instruction to checking in but did it just before arriving to the apartments so it was OK in the end. There was no flexibility to keep luggage somewhere safe after checking out either.

Great location, the building was old and smelly but the apartment itself was great - comfortable and clean, they changed the towels and made the bed everyday. great for couple that just want a clean place to sleep while they travel all day.

the bar below was a bit noisy, but managable

Very good and spacious rooms

The property is centrally located, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The hosts are professionals, not common private hosts and the set all the amenities a guest may need. As part of this industry, I can say that they are offering all what a guest may need. Thank you very much for allowing us to check in 1 hour earlier.

The matresses are very old and very uncomfortable. You should buy new ones.

Absolutelly valuable for the money. Strongly reccomend it

1.First of all, this is the best location ever, it is 2 minutes away from Piazza Navona, and from Piazza Navona you have all other places very close (Colloseum 25-30min, Spanish steps 15-20 min, Vatican 25-30 min, Pantheon 5min.) 2. It was very clean, they clean every day, change towels, make the bed… 3. The neighborhood is very quiet, you can calmly sleep until noon if you want… Also everywhere around you have lots of restsurants, cafeterias, gelaterias, bakeries.. 4. Hosts were very kind. They send you e-mail with instruktions how to get to the property from both the airports (bus number, taxy price, time to get to property atc..)

There were no slippers in the room.

Great location and host were helpful and easy to contact.

Great location, spacious and modern design. Ideal for families with young children. Host kindly arranged to send back item we left in room. Clean with TVs in both rooms, connecting rooms was great with young children.
