Great accommodation located 3 minutes walk from train station and main shopping artery. Spacious room with everything you could need. Great continental breakfast included in rate. The communication from Oscar pre and during stay couldn't have been any better. Would definitely stay again
Specific location is what you might call urban but we found it calm and in no way uncomfortable

Spacious, clean, great location. Host Oscar is great and very helpful. Near the railway station and good to explore Toscany. Delicious breakfast. Option to leave your bags on last day. We will visit it again.

Very central to everything , immaculately clean and very comfortable. Host was so welcoming and gave us lots of information on places to see and top notch places to eat (especially the recommendation for tiramisu with a special touch)

This modern accomodation is very close to Pisa Centrale and an easy walk into town. About 25 mins to leaning tower. A series of ensuite rooms with a shared kitchen with individual breakfast tables.
The host was superb. Breakfast was an enornous choice from a continental range of options, fruit and drinks. The rooms were well appointed. The only thing missing was a safety deposit box. A family might struggle without more plug points being available. The room is cleaned every 3 days which was fine. Plenty of towels supplied and the refridgerator was very welcome.
There was no road noise. Air con in the room.
I would definately stay here again and recommend it to others.
I would add a safety deposit box and include a usb charging station. I think the provision for breakfast in terms of baked goods could be scaled back to reduce any waste.
