The location was great for my plans. Easy to find from the street. Right next to Redfern train station. The showers had really good water pressure.
The room was a little small. There was nowhere to hang up a towel in the bathroom.

Rooms and bathrooms must have had a somewhat recent renovation. The rooms have polished concrete floors which I liked; sometimes affordable accommodations can have questionable carpets so this felt cleaner. The bed was very comfortable.
Obviously it is near the railway lines so you could hear the trains. I knew that when I booked and brought earplugs; however I didnt end up using them so the soundproofing must be fairly good.

Handy location and price for what I was looking for on that day.
Very noisy. Heard noises all night long from both inside and out of the hotel. Bed not very comfortable so all in all a terrible sleep
