The hotel is in a wonderful location. Well maintained. The conditions for staying are comfortable enough. The required level of cleanliness was provided. The staff was kind.
Balconies to the rooms are a big plus. Central air conditioning. The pools are good. The jacuzzi outside was the TOP! The only thing I didn't like was that the opening hour of the outdoor pool was 11:00 a.m.
We were on full board. The breakfast was on the buffet - there were many various products. But lunch and dinner were awful.
The prepared dishes looked terrible not only in appearance, but also in taste. Even the cream soups were watered down! A boiled veal soup is a real parody!
When leaving, we paid a tourist tax, but also a city registration fee of 20 euros. This tax is not indicated on booking, so I did not understand its aim.

Сотрудники ресторана заслуживают особое уважение. Они создавали хорошее настроение
на целый день! Особая благодарность Г.Дунай и ее коллегам!
Комплекс услуг отеля на должном уровне. Спортзал, бассейн, салон красоты, массаж, комплекс саун, бильярд ( стол новый, профессиональный) , итальянские бутики , казино и многое другое! Теплый переход в медицинский комплекс и бювет( пивницу) Скучать не приходилось.
Очень классное расположение отеля! Каждое утро и вечер прогуливались по прекрасному парку, пешеходной зоне! Все в зелени и цветах!
Надеемся на скорое возвращение!

The food was delicious and the spa was quite good.
The air conditioning smelled strongly of mold and mildew.
The carpets were visibly dirty and stained.
