I like how big it was and nice to have options of pools.
The animation team was amazing. So fun to see their shows. The girls are so sweet and friendly. They just became our friends and they made our trip even better. Especially Nathalie she is the sweetest and is so amazing with the kids. We will miss all the girls very much!
The bar tenders were also very friendly and fun to talk to.
I was not very happy about the people at the reception. They were rude from the day we came. Especially one boy named Nemo.

The apartments were spacious and very clean. The pools were full perfect for small children but no adult swim pools.
The entertainment team were super friendly and engaging.
The food was poor. The dining room had no air conditioning and insufficient ceiling fans. The entertainment area was extremely hot with no air conditioning and unpleasant to sit in. When the kids disco was taking place it was unbearable and the children were all so hot and bothered.
The staff on reception were ok. On arrival we were just given a small map and left to find our apartment. On the day we were leaving I was told I had to pay for a cot which I never ordered and had twice told the staff that. No one asked if we’d had a night stay or wished us a safe flight - simple, decent gesture.
