A estadia foi maravilhosa

A localização é maravilhosa. Fica de frente a feirinha de artesanato. O hotel foi reformado e as instalações são ótimas. O café da manhã é muito bom e com ótimas opções. Tem tapioca feita na hora. Não há estacionamento, no entanto há convênio com um particular que custa 35 reais a diária. O manobrista leva e busca o carro quando solicitado. Em todos os dias o serviço foi rápido e não tivemos problema algum.

The best location in Fortaleza

Without question, this is the best location in Fortaleza. Located directly across the street from the most popular and lively section of gorgeous Miereles Beach puts you right in the center of the action and has the added benefit of being in the safest part of the city. In between the hotel and the water is a beautiful broad walk with dedicated bike lanes and plenty of room to stroll. Many eating establishments from street food to fine dining are right outside the door. There is also a fantasticly large crafts market DIRECTLY across the street, open every day from about 6pm to midnight. The hotel has been completely renovated and has a beachy, mid century modern vibe. Common areas are elegantly appointed and the rooms stylish, comfortable, clean, with in room safes. Windows are insulated and provide peace and quiet when shut. Curtains are blackout style for restful sleep. Breakfast is fantastic and varied. Restaurant makes excellent Neapolitan style pizzas and has great cocktails. Free bikes and beach towels for guests. Staff is polite and always helpful and are happy to arrange excursions and answer questions about the city. Small rooftop pool has glorious views and free towels. There is another bar and steam room on this level.

Elevators are small and wait times can be long but stairs are available if you know where to look.

Ótimo hotel e staff.

O hotel é muito bonito e bem cuidado. O staff é muito gentil e prestativo. Não tivemos nenhuma intercorrência, toda a experiência foi muito boa. A localização eu acredito que é a melhor possível, bem de frente a feirinha e numa área tranquila da beira mar. O restaurante do hotel nos agradou bastante. Nos hospedaríamos lá novamente.

Não digo que eu "não gostei", mas que poderia ser melhor, seria o café da manhã e a cama. A experiência do café não foi tão incrível, apesar do hotel disponibilizar um vasto buffet. O nível de conforto da cama não era do meu gosto, nem de minha mãe. É uma cama com o perfil mais firme, no nosso caso, gerou um pouco de dor na coluna e uma falta de sensação de descanso, mas nada demais, não é uma cama ruim, só não atende o nível de conforto ótimo, que gostamos. Mas nenhum destes pontos faria a gente deixar de ficar no hotel outras vezes, são somente detalhes que acreditamos que tem espaço para melhorar.

Para meu entendimento, hoje é a melhor hospedagem da Beira Mar!

A começar pela gentileza do Staff… quartos reformados, com mobilia elegante, rouparia de qualidade, café da manhã com uma grande variedade. A piscina na cobertura ficou maravilhosa. Retornaremos !

location the fresh made tapioca’s and omelet for breakfast were very good. staff was very friendly.

they said valet parking could not be offered when we arrived at 19:55 while the service was available until 20:00. The checking took very long and was not very efficient.

The breakfast was poor and swimming pool area was inadequate for a 4 star Hotel. The Wi-Fi was always switching off hopefully once renovations are complete it will improve.

Amazing discovery!

The hotel had been recently renovated and was very clean. The reception area very cool and the bedroom terrific. Very central beachfront location and the check-in staff great! The normal hotel that we stay at in FOR, which is meant to be the best in the city was nothing compared to this one.

The swimming pool was not worth being called a pool.
