A very ncie hotel and a great location. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Moreover Sia restaurante and Rooftop swimming pool are great as well. In front of hotel very nice boulevard, direct access to a nice beach.
This stay and a business stay later this month (25-27 May) confirmed the very bad functioning of the front desk. With the family the checkin process lasted extremely long (almost 45 minutes) and when we returned 2,5 weeks later we paid a double price, booked at the last moment on booking, that was promised to be changed when we would arrive. Even had contact with booking. Both front desk people, and management that didn´t want to show up, didn´t do anything to even try to solve this situation.
Still feel robbed by this experience, that doesn´t show any commercial sensativity!!

Everything they saved my vacation after I had to change my stay from a nightmare location. Praiano has the best staff, new rooms and great amenities.
