A localização e estrutura do condomínio são boas, e o apto é excelente.
Apartamento bem cuidado, caprichado e de bom gosto. Muito limpo, bons utensílios e bem organizado, nos fez sentirmos em casa.
Fomos recepcionados pelo JORGE, anfitrião educado, gentil e atencioso, tornou a nossa estadia muito mais agradável. Ainda conseguimos entrar um pouco antes da hora estabelecida.
Isso tudo faz muita diferença.
Recomendo muito, já estou com saudades e voltarei.

Es ist ein Apartment und kein Hotel - trotzdem hat es am Eingang ein Rezeption die deinen Pass wollen um dich zu registrieren - das ist ok. Aber warum muss man dem Wohnungsbesitzer ebenfalls den Pass per WhatsApp schicken?! Auch verlangt dieser 100R$ wenn dich jemand im Apartment besuchen will, nicht über Nacht! Die Schwiegermutter kam nur 2h! Auch da musste man ihr Pass den Besitzer schicken.
Danach wollte dieser wieder Geld weil man angeblich sein alter Handtuch verdreckt hat. Sehr unfreundlich dieser Herr und unprofessionell, dass Booking sowas zulässt.
