Breakfast is continental, not full breakfast. Includes coffee and juice though, which is great!

Location of Hotel was perfect for the resort, very central. Lovely sea views from the balcony. Room size was good, very quiet. shower OK. Firm but comfy bed. Room WiFi was OK. Beer prices were very reasonable.

Steep stone stairs to reach room, these were also narrow and limited handrail. Absolutely no management of the staff, cleaners constantly on phones and other staff just sat ignoring guests. Downstairs public toilet never checked by staff unless told by customers. Manager on the Desk could be quite surly and was never seen actually managing the Hotel. Breakfast was poor and very basic, also not consistent on what you should actually receive. No water provided at breakfast and only one single coffee. Listed as a 4* Hotel, i would say 2* at best. very few facilities outside of the room. Sunbeds for guest not policed and members of the public were allowed to just use them leaving non available. The sunbeds were very old and tired and not very comfortable. No hot water for shaving in the bathroom. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, you could request a kettle but only made aware on our last day. on check-out they tried to charge for drinks we had not had. Lot's of uncollared dogs on the beach, seem to be a wild pack. TV in room was tiny and only had connection via a fire stick which was not great. Overall was disappointed with the Hotel as it was not a cheap option. The Hotel, especially in the bar area needs a huge amount of investment.
