La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel: direttamente sul lungomare, con supermercati, tabacchi, bancomat e tutti i servizi principali raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi.
Molto apprezzato anche il servizio spiaggia incluso nel soggiorno.
Abbiamo prenotato due camere, entrambe dotate di balcone e aria condizionata. Erano presenti il set di cortesia con spazzolino e dentifricio, le ciabattine (anche se non in entrambe le camere) e una delle due disponeva anche del bidet.Il personale è stato sempre cortese e disponibile.
Una nota di merito va al bar dell’hotel: il caffè e il cappuccino, pur essendo a pagamento, erano davvero ottimi e hanno compensato in parte la delusione della colazione.
La colazione è stata senza dubbio l’aspetto più deludente del soggiorno. Era molto povera e, soprattutto, non veniva praticamente mai rifornita. Abbiamo provato a fare colazione in orari diversi durante tutti i giorni del soggiorno, ma spesso già alle 8:30 gran parte del buffet era vuota, nonostante il servizio fosse previsto dalle 7:30 alle 10:00. Chiedendo al personale ci veniva risposto che i prodotti erano terminati. Una situazione davvero inaccettabile per una struttura alberghiera. Inoltre mancavano completamente le etichette con l’indicazione degli alimenti e degli allergeni. Nonostante due solleciti, una delle due camere non ha mai ricevuto le ciabattine di cortesia.
La carta igienica veniva fornita in quantità davvero limitata.
La musica del beach bar era molto alta e proseguiva fino a mezzanotte, rendendo difficile riposare.
I letti erano piuttosto vecchi e molto rumorosi: scricchiolavano a ogni minimo movimento.
Le camere erano scarsamente insonorizzate: si sentivano chiaramente i rumori e le conversazioni delle stanze vicine, oltre agli schiamazzi continui provenienti dal corridoio.
Infine, non ho apprezzato il sistema di gestione delle chiavi. Doverle lasciare ogni volta alla reception non sarebbe stato un problema, se non fosse che venivano lasciate completamente in vista, facilmente accessibili a chiunque. Dal punto di vista della sicurezza, questa modalità mi è sembrata decisamente poco rassicurante.

The room was great and the location was perfect! Just steps from the beach and you got an umbrella and chairs included. Parking lot on site and elevator was super convenient to help with luggage.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing!
Nothing to dislike. It was a wonderful experience.

The location is great
Construction at the time made it very hard to sleep in the morning. Balcony was nice with view but gets all the smoke from the restaurants grill.
