Views from the Swimming pool at the rooftop is absolutely stunning, very good facilities, the staff were amazing and helpful. We have the view looking at the main road and enjoyed the thriving environment, very busy.
Highly recommended I would definitely stay again, thank you Hotel EMPIRE.
Breakfast could do with having extra items.

Good location & loads of food spots

House keeping was never done,
Loads of amenities were broken such as the toilet, flooding in the shower, safe not working and getting locked, rude staff that work in the beach location as they prioritise foreigners who come to the country,
I am Albanian & who lives abroad and was treated so badly.
Towels for pool use came dirty
Sun cabanas at beach don’t come as a package for hotel guests which I think is ridiculous for the price I paid, not worth it don’t come back waste
Of money.
Also the parking is street parking and felt unsafe, as parking on the side of the building on a tight road, I was worried that other drivers would scratch my
Car trying to fit, staff didn’t care or help find a solution to move, staff also lack customer service they are very blunt & don’t go above and beyond to help.
