The room was great and had everything that you wanted. The breakfast was really fantastic! The decor of the hotel was cool. We were happy to enjoy the excellent dinner in the dining room.
The only thing was that the room was kind of cold and we couldn't figure out how to get the heater to work. (We could have asked for help and didn't.)

Breakfast was not quite in the same league as the dinner, which was out-of-this-world fantastic from food to the service personnel and hosts.
If I could I would make the superior room slightly 1-2 meters wider.
I would also try to make the breakfast a bit more varied.
The service was brilliant throughout.👍👍👍

Lovely bit of luxury whilst walking the Via F
Excellent breakfast
Late check in on Sunday and no restaurant service on Sunday

Dinner was fantastic and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good and the location, whilst outside the city centre, was only a five minute walk from the middle of town.
Our room was very close to the car park and restaurant and hence a little noisy.
