Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung - super zentral gelegen

Es ist eine moderne Altbauwohnung mit wunderschönen hohen Räumen, stylisch eingerichtet und super gelegen. Wir waren zu fünft und das hat super gepasst. Code-Übergabe und Check-in hat problemlos geklappt, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Wohnung. Sehr zentrale Lage, am Rande von Barrio Alto. Unten und nebenan hat es gemütliche Cafés zum frühstücken. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Eigentlich gar nichts. Der einzige „Minus“-Punkt ist der Lärm von zwei Strassen (28-er Strassenbahn fährt hier) und von den Menschen, die vom Ausgang heimkommen. Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört, wussten wir vorher bereits und die super Lage entschädigt dafür. Wenn man die Fenster schliesst, hört man praktisch nichts vom Verkehr.

not a good experience especially in check in

check in process is horrible. you need to check in in a different place and walk with your luggages on a real steep hill!! as they alsi collect 150€ as a deposit you need to go back and walk again that path…

A lovely corner of Lisbon.

While it was a little complex to get the keys, our friend who arrived first, asked for a taxi that took her to the office and then to the apartment, so that solved that problem. Once there, the apartment is very large and comfortable. It gets noisy at night because you are on a square where people do congregate. But then you are a block from the 28 tram which is so convenient in the morning. There are several little grocery stores, the one to the left of the entrance is open later and the one on the next corner closes earlier. The kitchen is lovely and we had space to spread out in the living room with wonderful tall windows. We used the washing machine easily after we called and they fixed it promptly.

Just the effort to get the keys. Otherwise a beautiful place to stay.

It was small and furnished basic. It wasn’t the apartment we had booked as we had booked a larger space with two bathrooms for our family of six. We got a much smaller space and one bathroom without even being advised about the change

the worst stay in my life

There was a bipping noise coming from the kitchen so loud that I could not sleep all night.. Every 10 seconds there was a very loud bipping noise... I spoke with someone and they told me that will fix it... Never did... I have to leave next day in the morning because i could not stay anymore...

Design apartment with some problem in the check in

Modern room with design forniture. House very clean and confortable. Room can be opened by a code without having key that can be lost Perfect position for visit barrio alto, very close to restaurants and night life

They wanted to have the City tax paid before arrival but the link that they send didn't work. I tried to do this for many hours, for only 28 euros! The refused our check in when I proposed them to bring the money the day later. - No room service during the stay, no sweeper in the room

Over rated and over priced

Location close to downtown but need tram or uphill climb to main area. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Disorientating building / apartment with oddly shaped walls and rooms with low ceilings in certain places which could result in injury. Electrical outlets placed so high on walls that wires were too short to reach them, ended up plugging the kettle on the floor. TV not programmed to show anything. Coffee machine didn't work well at all. Slightly over priced and over rated accommodation in my opinion.

Excellent and well maintained apartment for group travel

Excellent location and well furnished apartment. We stayed in prime location and the apartment is perfect for group travel. There was a small issue with the apartment we booked but the team handled it excellently and we couldn’t be more happier. Definitely will return!

comfort, spacious, clean and nice.

clean and tidy, spacious, comfortable , equipped all you needed. friendly host. amazing location, the main tram station is just right downstairs. surrounded by lot of nice restaurant. recommend to stay here.

only one problem is 2 bathrooms door cannot shut and lock, need to to fix it.

great location, easy to access, everything was clean and the facilities were really good.

very thin walls. you can heat other people in the middle of the night, the elevator, water constantly dropping in the main bathroom. it’s still a good place to stay if you’re a heavy sleeper.

Superb

The apartment was gorgeous on presentation and very spacious! Really felt like a nice environment to chill out in and take in Lisbon. Cute coffee shops below. Handy to have washing machine and essential facilities.

The second bedroom shower unfortunately didn’t run very warm so resorted to using the main. Noise from other tenants coming and going and tram can be of putting.

Fantastic stay in modern two apartment in Lisbon

This place is nicer than my house 🤣 Seriously it's gorgeous, great location, loads of bits in the house (salt pepper oil for cooking, shower bits) , smart tv, wifi. Great view for people watching. Lovely high ceilings. Faultless really. Also really fast and helpful interaction with the hosts, so easy to find and get in once you've checked in. All brilliant, I'm absolutely coming back in the future.

Nothing much really Maybe more cleaning as empty the trash bin before new guests coming We could hear noise from outside but not so bothering as we were tired after exploring Lisbon. Pillow can be more comfortable

Exceptional

It is located perfectly, close to everything, and with big windows, so you really feel like you're in the middle of all the action. Also, the apartment was very clean, the breakfasts were delicious.

Excellent location, lively neighborhood , large rooms, friendly hosts. All what we wanted, better than expected.

Spacious , clean and with all basic facilities provided.

Property policy of payment of city tax before getting access/keys of apartment even after paying in full for 4 nights rent, just found it inconvenient, I think this could have been collected once you settled in the apartment after a long flight.

Good stay but facilities could be better

Location, Space & very clean.

The air conditioning would work sometimes, only one remote for it between the two rooms. The Showers were hard to operate as would be extremely hot or extremely cold, no in between.

Excellent location, bars and restaurants close by. Llrge rooms, fully fitted kitchen the host had thought of everything! Easy communication prior to arriving.
