The location and the size of the apartment. Really perfect for 6 adults. We also loved the high ceilings.
Maintenance of the apartment is quite poor. Bathrooms need care and other small things, marks on the walls. One of the sofas in the living room had a lot of stains, so we covered it with a blanket. All these things affect the feeling of cleanness as well, even though I think it was well cleaned. That place really needs some love and care.
If you are a light sleeper, then it’s good to know that the tram passes the house and is very loud, but luckily it stops during the night.

This was our first visit to Lisbon. The apartment was great. The location was very good and convenient for trolley and bus service. Our concierge, Pedro was excellent. He went above and beyond in recommending sites and restaurants. He made all the restaurant reservations and they were excellent. He recommended a Fado dinner that was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

A/C not working, tried to contact them with whatsapp about the issue, but no responds...
It is loud from the streets, and with the ac not working having to close the windows @ night it got really hot...
