The hotel room is clean. I especially like that they have a washing machine for our long vacation.
The hotel is highly rated and price is also not cheap. However, they don't serve that price range of accommodation. We had a deluxe suite, however the room's wall is half open where we can't block the lights shining out to the kids who are sleeping in the sofa bed the other side. The drinking water supply is interesting where we have to carry two bottles down to the reception every time we finished it for a refill.
The noise is actually unacceptable with people screaming until 4, 5am. And after visiting, I would prefer the Nice center than old town location.

Convenient location. We had a useful kitchen and laundry service. Comfortable size room.

Location was ok modern style hotel
No hot water for a full day
Shower was modern but pretty useless I’ve stood in heavier drizzles outside
Sink in bathroom was blocked
Over priced for the quality tbh
$$$$
