I paid $ 2.5 for one night. It is very cheap and it is that equipped and clean for that price.
The location is very good. You are on foot in the city within less than 15 minutes.
The owner is super nice and helpful and can give you good tips on what to look at or which bus you have to take to get your next travel destination.
It's not that clean. But pillowcase and duvet and duvet cover were fresh washed and completely clean.

Not very far from downtown but in less messy area, though busy road right beside sounds traffic noise during all daytime until midnight.
There is a small simple kitchen available for guests. A couple of inexpensive local priced groceries, dinery and bakery nearby.
It's not as new-fashioned pretty looking and clean as on photos here. Actually this is low-key unpretentious hostel for common backpackers. Value for money is good as it's cheap.
