Loved the location. Lots of space. Great amenities such as a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Staff were super lovely.
It has the potential to be a 10/10 with some TLC. Floors and showers need to be cleaned better. Apartment needs painting especially at baseboard level. Furniture is worn and needs updating. Was also disappointed that water that was provided was in glass bottles with mould growing in caps.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, great amenities, and helpful staff. The concierge Beatriz gave us good information about places to eat. Housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning each day and bringing fresh morning rolls. Our fridge always had fresh eggs, cheese, bacon and lunch meat for us. There was yogurt, butter, jam, cereals, and milk(oat milk if preferred) . Each morning we had coffee and tea with our breakfast .We lacked nothing as we did a load of wash while sitting in our apartment in the robes supplied.

Excellent location, astounding views, thoughtful details for everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. Beds and linens ultra nice and cozy.

Beautiful apartments, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.
The location is in the city center close to lot of restaurants and the main attractions.
Windows are closing perfectly so you cannot hear the noise of the streets. AC works perfectly.
The breakfast was great, we received fresh food and bakery every day.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
