The property is beautiful, specially the rooms in the new building facing the river.The massuer lady Mrrs Radha( hopeI got the name right) is very good.Food was tasty.
Service is not at all good. Food arrives way beyond time.

We had a stopover at this place, and it was a very welcome experience after a long car ride. The big pool by the river was especially appreciated. The staff were friendly, though there was some confusion regarding our payment at the end of our stay.
We asked several times if our balance was covered through Booking.com, which it wasn’t, but this wasn't caught until after we left. This meant we had to settle the payment via Wise later on, which was a bit complicated. Despite the administrative mix-up, it was a pleasant stay.

Nothing really
The front desk person for not even attempt to show the room - it was left to myself to find out what's the room was and it was raining heavily.
Attempted to charge me extra for the breakfast which was already included in the price.
It was just ok from a cleanliness perspective. The bathroom was not closing properly and the towels were bad
