About this condo rental
Nestled in Poli Crysochous, this lovely condo for $68 per night is a great option for your next trip. Thekla Court provide three separate Luxury self-catering apartments for holiday rental, situated in the outskirts of unspoiled Polis. The spacious apartments are designed for enjoyable living with private pool, great views to the sea and the mountains and parking space. With Sunny ground terrace and balconies (for first floor apartments) and a secluded roof terrace (ideal for sun bathing, for a relaxing drink and for taking in the spectacular view) it is ideal for sun lovers, all fully equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs. Thekla Court consists of a 2 bedroom Apartment and 2 separate Studios, all with own facilities and own access to balconies or terrace; and with shared access to the pool (with separate shower and toilet ), the surrounding terrace and the roof terrace. These apartments are therefore not only ideal for individual couples, friends or families holidaying independently but also ideal for e.g. couples, friends or extended families that want to share exclusive holiday time together (e.g. around the pool, on the terrace etc.) while at the same time enjoying private space in their own apartment. The whole complex can easily accommodate (Studio 001 - 2, Studio 102 - 2, Two Bedroom apartment - 6) a group of 10 adults and all apartments can be booked together as well as separately. This Two bedroom apartment (Apartment 101) is on the first floor, is light and very spacious with excellent views. The apartment (sleeps 6 ) has a light and very spacious living area, including dining suite for 6 people, two coffee tables, a three seater and a two seater sofa bed, full entertainment system including Satellite TV (NileSat) and Internet access via Wifi (additional cost option). If internet access is required at Euro 13.00/week, Euro 38.00/month, please request it when booking. Internet access is also available in several places in Polis, just 5-10 min walk from the apartments. Each bedroom is light, has twin beds, spacious and fully fitted wardrobes and patio doors to their own private Sunny balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, oven, hob and hood, microwave, toaster and washing machine. There is a full size bathroom with heated towel rail, bath, shower, WC and wash basin. In addition there is a separate shower room with heated towel rail and also a separate cloakroom with WC and basin. There should be no need to queue for the bathroom. The apartment has been fitted to a very high standard and include fly screens, air conditioning and central heating. The private pool (shared by the three apartments only) is surrounded by a Sunny terrace with sunbeds, tables and chairs and has a separate WC and a separate shower for guests and pool users. There is a secluded spacious roof terrace (shared by the three apartments) with sunbeds, chairs and tables, ideal for sun bathing, relaxing and taking in the spectacular view. It is 20min walk to the nearest beach, Chrysochou Bay and 8min stroll to the town centre with all its amenities: restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc. For 2 weeks stay: 20 % DISCOUNT off Nightly prices (January to December inclusive). Polis provides a pleasant, friendly environment for a relaxing or romantic holiday and an ideal base for activities, e.g. cycling, biking, hiking, snorkeling, scuba-diving etc. Exploring the spectacular Akamas nature reserve is a must, so is a visit to Latchi with its fishing port, beach, harbour-side restaurants, sea-sport facilities & boating excursions. Both are a short car/ cycle ride away. Natural Healing Spa, Paphos and Trodos Mountains - easy access by car. For Golf enthusiasts: Paphos offers several excellent golf courses, The Secret Valley Golf Club (6120 meters and 18 holes plays to par 72 ) is 18 km east of Paphos, the most recently opened is the luxurious Aphrodite Hills (6299 meters and plays to par 70). Tsada Golf Course (6060 meters and 18 holes, plays to par 72) is the nearest, it is just 25 minutes away from Polis. As it is on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level it benefits from cool breezes during the summer months. There is a Natural Healing Spa resort in nearby Miliou (Ayii Anargyri Natural Healing Spa Resort). It is a short car drive away, situated next to Miliou's healing springs. Communication with owner excellent, thank you Synnove. Overall the apartment was well equipped and good value for money. A 10 minute walk away from Polis town which has many lovely restaurants, Arsinoe fish tavern owner but local family and excellent food, service & ambiance. Pool over looked by local residents so if you want privacy and quiet, not the holiday feel you may be looking for but pool very clean and refreshing in the heat.

Excellent location
The apartment is in a great location which meant thatwe could easily walk into Polis. There were a great selection of tavernas and bars in the old town and we loved the Fish tavern! We had the 'complex' to ourselves which was an added bonus so did not have to share the slightly smaller pool than we realised from the photos. The apartment was comfortable for our needs and the air conditioning was welcomed. All in all a great stay and recommend it.

lovely lazy holiday
Very well placed and comfortable accommodation. Our first time in Cyprus and we don't like hoards of holidaymakers. So Thekla Court in the small town of Polis was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here at this condo. It was a very chic part of town and it was close to everything. A lot nicer than it looked in the photos. Daniel was a wonderful host and he went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this studio or any of Daniel's other properties since he is such a wonderful host!

We (two adults, two children) stayed in Thekla court for the second time and again enjoyed the nice atmosphere of the apartment. This time we discovered a lot of places in the surrounding which were new to us and especially liked the nearby beach, which is very clean. Polis is a very little town but this gives the children a good feeling and they enjoyed going for shopping on their own. The pool is clean and well looked upon, in case of any problem the house management solves it immediately.
We will come again next year.

The nearest supermarket can be reached by foot too. The swimming pool is available and it was extremely attractive for our kids. Finally, from our point of view, this apartment is nicely suit for a family with kids. Do not forget to rent a car and you will have an opportunity to visit a lot of exited places in the vicinity of Polis, like Trodos, Pafos and etc.

We stayed for 10 days in the 2 bed appartment. The directions were very easy to follow. We were a short walk from the centre and a 5 minute drive to Lachi and the beaches. The appartment was very nice, clean and conveniently arranged and perfect for our family of 5. The equipment and fittings were to a very good standard. The air conditioning worked well on what was an extremely hot 10 days. The pool was very clean and nice to relax in. The kitchen had all the utensils to enable us to cook a wide variety of meals during our stay. Having bikes within the appartment was very handy for mountain biking in the evening and the roof terrace was nice to eat out in on the evenings where we fancied a night in. Customer service was good and we have already recommended it to our friends who are likely to visit in Oct. The appartment is also good for large families as there are two studios which would give older children / parents a bit of privacy whilst being able to keep an eye on things. Polis is our favourite part of Cyprus - not overbuilt like some parts and retaining the character of Cyprus. We love the harbour at Lachi for eating out (Nicandros was very good), jet ski-ing, water boarding and the town centre restaurants and shops. We also loved picking some of the figs, oranges, carobs and prickly pears that line many of the roads. Also visited the many villages up in the mountains and the turtles at Lara Bay on the Akamas peninsula. The Galaxy taverna right behind the appartment is great for a cheap souvlakia in pitta bread for lunch. Papantonios Supermarket is 5 mins drive too and very reasonable. See you again soon!
