About this villa rental
This luxury villa with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area is in an exclusive residential area in the Costa Blanca.

One of only a few villas with a two minute walk from the beautiful "blue flag" beach of Cala Capitan, with its gently shelving soft sand and beach bar. So close, you can hear the sea from the garden. The Villa has been issued with a Superior Category tourist licence from the Valencian government.
Spend your days relaxing by the private pool and your evenings dining outdoors under the covered terrace — perfect for families and groups.
We also supply pool/ beach towels and beach chairs for each guest.
There are lots of leisure activities close by including golf, water sports, tennis, cinemas, casino, aqua parks, coastal walks, the Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure centre, bowling, Lo Pagan mineral mud baths, bars and restaurants and local markets. The fully equipped modern villa has beautiful gardens, furnished sun terraces, patios and covered terrace with a 10m x 5m swimming pool and family BBQ. There is a large wooden gazebo that provides plenty of shade for sitting and dining. There are also portable beach chairs and a parasol. The villa provides free high speed wireless Internet access and a variety of English and international TV channels.
The villa's peaceful location is perfect for families. It is located 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 40 minutes from Corvera airport (Murcia)

A real joy to stay at Dean and Tracey's villa in Cabo Roig, it's just as you'd expect from the photos you see, absolutely lovely and clean. Nine of us stayed, only for a few days, wish it could have been longer! I couldn't pick a fault with anything, the pool was great, the outdoor shower, plenty of sun loungers, chairs, towels... Yes, the beach is literally a two minute walk and it's fantastic. Supermarket a little further, around 8 minute walk. All the rooms were great and had air conditioning. Dean and Tracey were there to greet us all and give us the tour and instructions, they were so welcoming and a good laugh! Easy to see why this villa is a 10/10! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, the area is nice and quiet, and safe. I'm back in rainy Wales now, life's not fair!! Thanks both for making it a fantastic and memorable stay for us all, hope to see you again in future!

Wonderful property. Lovely thoughtful owners. Left us a bottle of cold wine for when we arrived and delightful cold water! No question was a bother or went unanswered. Beautiful villa. 3 minutes from the beach. 8 min to local supermarket with lovely cafe attached. Stunning main bedroom ensuite. Whole experience couldn't have been better. Thank you both. 😄
