the location is very convenient, though one needs a cab for traveling in the evening to reach more central bars or restaurants, especially if the trip to Samarkand in the colder time of the year. the staff at the hotel are excellent, very attentive and helpful.
the hotel is overall very clean, but the carpets on the floor. guests allergic to dust may find this a problem, as it was for me.

1. Good customer service. Fast and efficient.

4. There are multiple wall sockets in the room.
5. There is an elevator. (Good for those with heavy luggage and old folks.)
1. Uncomfortable mattress (hard).
2. No bidet near the toilet bowl.
3. Not much choice for breakfast.
