Great location, Private , Quiet & Perfect for the kids .

Communications in the lead up to our arrival was clear & response time minimal.
Trisnu greeted us at the Port & showed us to the Villa. Just a Short walk down a quiet lane & we were @ Kempas.
Drinks on arrival & a run through of everything.
1 meal & drink PP per day included , we mainly ordered breakfasts which were really good. Mostly Indonesian dishes, fresh fruit & juices .
You could do lunch or dinner if that worked better
Delivered to the villa - typically placed breakfast orders the night before & if we forgot we were sent a reminder..
Felt great retreating to the villa when the kids were tired & needed some down time... Very relaxing
Day spa located next door for massage nails etc
Was quite good & well priced .

The villa itself is well maintained but the entry gardens off the lane could use some attention ..

The accommodation was absolutely exceptional. Wonderful hosts on hand. The breakfast delivery wonderful. So easy having water etc on site. Host really friendly and helpful.

The communication with the owner was excellent from the beginning. The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. When we reported the issues, the owner handled the situation well and refunded our money without any problems.
When we arrived, the villa was not clean and the photos on Booking do not reflect the current condition of the property. The villa is old and quite neglected compared to the advertised standard. We eventually had to change villas because we felt the price was too high for the actual quality and condition.
