June and Andri were very nice and helpful. June helped us book transfers and carried our luggage which we really appreciated
Villa felt tired and parts of it definitely needed maintenance and / or an update. For example, there were tiles loose - and missing - from the pool, the pool smelled very strongly of chlorine the whole time we were there. There were loose taps in the bathroom and kitchen, the curtain tracks needed the hooks fitted properly, the outside kitchen is very tired etc with paint peeling off the ceiling. So, if you have attention to detail we wouldn’t recommend staying here as a number of things seemed to need maintenance and could get annoying.
My biggest disappointment was that they didn’t have bean bags as in the photos (which would have been helpful to move bean bags around to keep out of the sun). Instead they have uncomfortable deck chairs. There was also no Wardrobe!!!
Also, it is definitely worth bringing some earplugs as the call to prayer - depending on the wind direction - can bother you very early in the morning or during the day (e.g. 2 continuous hours from midday on Sunday).
Otherwise it’s a nice spot and the staff do their best, but the villa needs work.
However, we wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved everything about A Villa Gilli Air.
From the moment we walked through the front door is was WOW!
We’d recommend these villas to everyone visiting Gili Air.
Close to everything especially the harbour and the staff are very welcoming and will assist with anything.

The best thing about the property was that we had our own private pool.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Good location.
Unfortunately we did have a rat on our room one night due to being close to trees and the style of roof. It is dated and needs a lick of paint especially when there are much newer hotels and stays at the same price.
