The Atlantic Oasis is one of three apartments at the Nags Head Landing cottage. It is centrally located in the heart of Nags Head. This newly renovated 600 SQFT apartment is located just steps from the beach. The unit has everything you need. The Old Nags Head style covered-porch faces south and has views of the beach access. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a queen size bed. The newly renovated bathroom has a full size tub shower and a 31" vanity. The living area has an open floor plan with a full size kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a couch, coffee table and flat screen TV. The covered front porch is located just off the living room. It is a great place to take in the salt air and relax. The apartment is a quick 1 minute walk to the beach. The Albatross Street Beach access is located only 300' (less than a football field!) away. The apartment is within walking/biking distance to many well renowned sites on the Outer Banks, including, Jockey's Ridge State Park (via signaled Hollowell St crosswalk), the new (2017) Town of Nags Head Dowdy Park, The Nags Head Fishing Pier, Tortugas Lie Restaurant and many other attractions. The apartment is also within Biking distance to the YMCA via the Town of Nags Head's new Multi-use path.
This is a great place for a couple or a small family looking for a spacious vacation rental!!

Great location. Clean, easy check in. Walk to clean beach. Quiet neighborhood and mellow stay. Good communication. Close enough to main road. All good! House well appointed.

We came to OBX for my husband’s birthday for a long weekend. The unit we booked ended up not being available, however they had another unit available. It was advertised as a queen bed when in fact it’s a double/full size bed. Also we couldn’t get the tv to work we changed the batteries in the remote to no avail. While we were out we purchased more batteries. We left the extra batteries so others wouldn’t be without. I reached out to the owner before check in & after check in. Prior to check in it took him several days to respond. After check in he NEVER responded to my messages.
