Superb

The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean, with good facilities for self-catering. It lies 5 minutes walk from both the beach and supermarket. The host was helpful and efficient. It was good value for money for 2 bedrooms.

It is in a dense, urban environment, so not so pleasant to sit outside (but then the beach is nearby), and it has the potential to be noisy depending on the people in the flats nearby.

There was a damp smell in the property. It needs to be aired and the bed linen needs to be washed at a hot temperature to get rid of the smell. A hot was with disinfectant would address the problem.

We just stayed a few days and a bit more toilet paper would have been great, but the rest was perfect!

Glad we only went for two weeks this year.

Calpe is a lovely location, my wife and I have been going for 2 months every year for the last 20 years.

Our normal accommodation was sold at the last moment so we had to rent at the President 2, it served its purpose.

La ubicación y el precio.

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio algo blando para mi gusto, me dolía la zona lumbar después de dormir. El sofá cama cerrado no tenía acolchado para apoyar la espalda, era madera tapizada, había unos cojines, pero no cubrían espalda y nuca. Las cortinas transparentes, no se podía dejar las persianas subidas porque no tenías intimidad, poner un film de espejo en los cristales eliminaría este inconveniente.
