The location was beautiful. The pool area was lovely . Breakfast setting and food was excellent. Staff in restaurant were excellent and other staff also most helpful.
The rooms were dark and lighting very poor in some apartments.
The outrageous charge to take a taxi into Signa . I would call it robbery .

It’s was super. It was a super location and very relaxing. Breakfast was incredible as was the apartment.
The asset is split between hotel and village with a walk between. However it also creates for an experience between the two.
Staff at the restaurant where breakfast takes place are a little moody at times with guests so that needs management attention.

Nice views, decoration was nice
Service could be a bit nicer and friendly at the restaurant when closing the breakfast time. I did not know that the apartments were that far away from the main reception. The shuttle (golf car) was a nice experience though. Also the access from the carpark to the main reception it is not that accessible to get in from with big luggage

Beautiful property, located on the rolling hills of Tuscany. Good surroundings and tranquil atmosphere.
The rooms had less light and had too many issues - Air Conditioning not working, windows not closing properly, soap bottles in shower empty, a night lamp not working, non functional safe in the room. Expected better quality of customer experience in the room.
