About this apartment rental
This second floor private unit #5 is directly on the ocean. Perfect for your visit to our little town of NEW SMYRNA Beach. Come explore for a few days or a month. Fun in the sun. Right on the ocean sand just a short walk to town. Charming 1930’s beach house with several units available. All units have individually controlled air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator and cook top. The building has three deck areas which are commonly enjoyed by all the tenants occupying the building. A laundry area with free washer and dryer are available. Comfortable patio lounge chairs and a number of chairs are provided which can be taken down to the beach.
Unit #5 is our one bed one bath unit. Small but fully equipped with everything you need for your beach getaway. Sleeps 2 Sofa is not a sleeper sofa

Great location, right on the beach. We loved spending time on the upstairs deck to see the sunrise, and to enjoy the evening breezes. We walked to Crabby's for seafood, which was wonderful, with a view of the ocean as we enjoyed our dinner. The Avenu on Flagler Ave is a bit further, but well worth a visit for lunch. You can't see the ocean from upstairs, but there is a lovely breeze, and a great view of downtown. We plan to return.

Beachfront, great views from the windows in condo, great location, walk to Flagler Ave for dining and shopping. 5 min drive to Canal on the Mainland, comfy couch and bed. Quiet. Perfect for our little getaway.

This is a good small condo for 2 people. We would have been okay in our younger years with one child also, but any more and it's too tight. Only one person in the bathroom or kitchen at one time. Was great for just 2.
