The property is super clean, well organized, and inviting. It is a short walk to the beach. We were there during the slow season. The location is very safe and quiet. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was cute and while small we had everything we needed. The two things that I didn't like was the bed was a little small and the parking sucks! The owners were very nice and I would most likely if in Newport Beach stay at the beach house again.

A sweet little beach bungalow for the right price. The hostess was gracious and I liked it that they were close by. Appreciated having a bike to rent w a basket. Close ride to the beach. Very quiet and just a cute place. Very clean and a good bed. I will be back.

The property was located in walking distance from the beach. It was perfect size for me and my two children, 18 and 14. We cooked together and walked to the beach. My only complaint is the parking. as the week grew closer to the weekend I had to search and wait for a parking spot to come open. Sometimes having to drive for a significant period of time and a couple of times I had to park a couple of blocks over from the home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, and on the quieter side compared to closer to the pier. The home is very nicely decorated and equipped, and we loved the front patio. We had everything we needed. You can walk to the Pavilion's and Lido and it is just 2 short blocks to the beach. We will stay again!

Great little 1 bedroom private accommodation cloe to the beach and easy walk to the bars and restaurant's. Worked perfectly for two adults. We are frequent vistora to Newport and this area is safe and quiet and no need for a car if you uber from John Wayne. Would book again.

Had a great stay. It was perfect size for myself and my daughter. And I would definitely stay there again. Parking was may be a bit of a challenge. And the only reason I say that I had a broken foot at the time we visited.

We stayed for a week on vacation, 2.5 of us. Cottage is cute, we loved the look and sound of fountain. Owners(and Sam)were welcoming and friendly. House fit our basic needs to store food, cook breakfasts, pack our ice chest for the day then relax in evening for a good sleep. It is beach parking, deal with it.

Amazing experience, we felt lucky to find this place it was close to the beach we loved that we did not have to rent a car b/c property had bikes, it was also walkable to the beach, grocery store and several restaurants. The owner was very accommodating to any of our needs. We loved the binder the owner put together with recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The unit was very clean and an extra bonus it came with everything you need to cook in and even coffee and a nice patio with grill and chairs umbrella, and sand toys for the beach! We will defiantly be back and would love to bring our kids next time!

We felt right at home, excellent location to just about everything. Very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. I definitely would stay there again versus a hotel any day. Love how close to the beach it was too!

My sister and I had a great stay at this property! It was conveniently located on the Newport Peninsula - walking distance from the beach, Lido Village, and Newport Pier. The place was clean and accurately represented in the photos. We were also able to borrow bikes from the host that we used to go on a few bike rides up and down the peninsula. Host was extremely responsive - We would definitely stay again!

I stayed for 12 days to work remotely and enjoy Newport Beach. This is located in a quieter residential neighborhood but was still walking distance to the beach and the pier. The unit is comfortable and the hosts were very responsive yet respectful of my space. It really meet all my expectations and more.
