The Welcome in Florence apts', Yellow and Green apt, are located on the 3rd floor, with lift (a rarity in the city centre), of a quiet building in the heart of Florence, only a few steps from the Church of Santa Maria Novella'. The area is quiet and the apartments overlook the internal garden and not on the road. The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and Designer boutiques are within 5-10 minutes walk. The Central Railways Station and the departure of the various bus stops are within walking distance. Within a range of no more than 200 metres you will find all shops and restaurants you may need during your stay. Completely renovated and tastefully furnished, close to the church of Santa Maria Novella and Central Station, very quiet, bright they are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning/heating satellite television, hi-fi, safe, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwaves, coffee machine, hair dryer, washing machine , iron and ironing board, sheets, blankets and towels. YELLOW APT The Yellow apartment, suitable for sleeping 4/6 people, consists of: - a large living-room with a sofa bed (king size bed), and a fully equipped kitchenette; - two bedrooms (both with two single beds, or one king size bed, depending on costumer request); - a large bath with shower; - a terrace overlooking the gardens.

First of all, the communication with Chiara was excellent. She met us at the apartment exactly as planned and was very friendly and helpful, giving us written information about how all the appliances in the apartment worked, local contact numbers for emergencies and for a taxi company, and locations of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. She also provided us with a map of the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the washing machine (and provided detergent) was greatly appreciated. The location is very near the train station, but we never heard trains inside, even though we kept the windows open. It was very easy to get to the historic district and all the places we wanted to visit.

Great spot and close to train station
The apartment is huge (pictures don’t do justice to the apartment. The bathroom has been renovated and it is quiet and has everything that you need. I wouldn’t Hesitate to recommend.

Very close to the train station and center of Florence!
We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The apartment is a little dated, but the bathroom is updated. Overall the place was clean. APARTAMENTO CORRECTO PERO MEJORABLE
La acogida del propietario fue buena, El problema es que nos dijo que debíamos pagar la tasa turística de 1 euro por persona y día. Yo le enseñé una copia del e-mail que me remitió en el que pone que el precio incluye los Impuestos. Me contestó que eso se refería al IVA. Al final la pagué aunque en ningún e-mail me mencionó que a la llegada había que pagar la tasa turística. Creo que si el precio incluye los impuestos son TODOS LOS IMPUESTOS, no unos sí y otros no. En ese aspecto, la realidad no coincide con el anuncio y me aparece injusto.
. Apartamento bien situado. Muy cercano a la estación central de tren y a 10 minutos andando del centro de Florencia. Muy cerca también de la estación de autobuses y de la parada de los autobuses que te traen y llevan al Aeropuerto de Pisa.
El apartamento es muy espacioso, pero le faltan detalles para que la estancia sea mas acogedora teniendo en cuenta el precio el precio que se paga.
Tuvimos otro problema: el agua de la ducha o salia fría o salia muy caliente, casi hirviendo, era imposible regularla. Lo comunicamos al propietario pero, al parecer, no pudo resolver el problema durante nuestra estancia, aunque es cierto que se interesó por ello.
En resumen, teniendo en cuenta el precio del apartamento, creemos que es mejorable y sobre todo que si la tasa turística no está incluida en el precio, el propietario debe especificarlo, mas cuando, en teoría, los impuestos están incluidos.

"El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio y silencioso, a pesar de estar en una zona muy céntrica, no se oían ruidos. La propietaria, Chiara es muy profesional. La comunicación con ella fue muy buena, ya que nos envió información muy detallada antes de llegar y en el apartamento tenía planos e información de todo lo más necesario.
El contrato de alquiler y el pago con tarjeta nos pareció muy cómodo, ya que lo hicimos por correo electrónico sin tener que hacer pago en efectivo ni transferencias. Además, tiene posibilidad de alquilar plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio, que es muy conveniente y difícil de encontrar. Está situado muy céntrico y se puede ir a pie fácilmente a todos los lugares de interés. Un viaje maravilloso y un apartamento recomendable sin lugar a dudas."

The building itself was not very attractive on the inside or outside, and it is across the street from the train station with a lot of construction at the time, but this was not important to our stay because the apartment was still very quiet on the inside. The windows had heavy outside shades and so the rooms were dark and quiet and we slept very well. We were able to walk everywhere from this location."
