Great time and liked the private beach. Very convenient lots of RI spots along the coast. While we had grandparents with us, note that there is no bathroom for first floor bedroom and all living space is on the top floor (for the views!) so being able to do stairs is a must in this house. Bring a baby gate if you have littles due to the amount of stairs.

Awesome week at the beach

Fantastic views and accommodations were great. Well stocked for the necessities. Perishables were left in the fridge but we took care of that. Spent every day at the beach and that was great. The description said right on the beach. Beach access was a short walk but the hill was tough going back to the house. Recommend not saying right on the beach. I would recommend this home. It might be good to mention 3 floors big I loved that.

Amazing views and location. Restaurants within close proximity. House was fully supplied with necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Property is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. Beach is just a short distance from the house. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of areas to eat and sit together both indoors and outdoors.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this wonderful property. Well appointed home with views to die for. 20 minute car ride to Newport where you can eat, drink, shop and enjoy beautiful sunsets by the marina. Clean and comfortable house with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Location, location, location. Owner of this wonderful house was very kind, generous and a pleasure to work with. This is our second year renting this house & just love it! With COVID-19, we were thrilled to have the private beach a very short walk away. We mostly cooked at home, which was easy with the grill on the deck. Perfect vacation!

We’ve been nomads renting a different amazing house every year. Each house had great features but drawbacks. This house is perfect! Amazing ocean views!!! Great sunrise views from the master bedroom without even lifting your head from the pillow! Plenty of sleeping options and bathrooms. Love the yard and outside shower. Kitchen has everything you need. Dining on the deck is awesome! 3 minute walk to a great private beach with a lifeguard.

Every year we have a mom's weekend away. This was the best house yet! The views were spectacular! From the ocean, to the Newport Bridge, to the marsh. The walk to the beach was nice! There was enough seating for all of us whether it was chatting over coffee or during our movie night. There was plenty of space to cook meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent much time admiring the views from the decks. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. This house was amazing! We will be back next year for our annual mom's weekend!

We were in town for an anniversary party st the Towers. The house has a great setup- more than enough room for 2 couples and 3 kids. Even tho it was chilly, we enjoyed a nice walk on the private beach which is a short walk away. Plenty of great places to eat, shopping and things to do! The beds were extremely comfortable and we were even able to sleep in because we were allowed a late checkout due to our gracious host .

Our family had a great Thanksgiving dinner here! The views are amazing! I even had a view of the water while I was chopping vegetables! The dining room table is very long and allowed 13 of us to all sit together. Thomas was very responsive to any questions I had and allowed us to check in early.

This place is awesome! It had enough room for the seven of us to fit very comfortably; the house was stocked with everything we might need. The view was spectacular! It was November, so we weren't able to take advantage of the wrap around deck, but we would rent this place again in a minute!

We all loved the place (9 mature women). We enjoyed the wrap around deck and the 2 living rooms. The only feature I think people should be aware of is you come into the home on the lower level and need to go up 1 flight of stairs to the bedroom level and 2 flights of stairs to the living room level. We had 2 women who had a hard time doing stairs but we managed. The beach had beautiful sand and there were plenty of beach chairs etc. I would love to come back with my family sometime.

This was an important Half Ironman weekend, which was a success. Very pleased with how well we were treated from initial booking to the owner keeping us updated. Place was well kept, awesome location and private beach access. Great that they had beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards and other beach items available for use.

The house was very big and easily accomodated the two families of 4 for a total of 8. We never felt like we were on top of one another. The house was stocked better than most as far as pantry staples, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. The owener of the property was absolutely fantastic with providing information and providing any items that we asked for. He went above and beyond. We loved hanging out on the expansive deck and enjoying the view of the ocean. The only reason I did not rate this rental higher is that the bedrooms were all hot with the exception of the master bedroom. It was a really hot and humid week but the air flow even with the air conditioners did not help much at night.

The house was in perfect condition. Owner went well beyond my expectations providing lots of goodies as we celebrated my daughters graduation from URI. House was spotless, bedrooms were of a nice size and comfortable and all my guests were very happy. Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to beach and quick drive to shops. Definitely would recommend and likely to be a repeat renter next time in RI
