Watch the boats pass by on their way from Newport to Block Island. Quiet cul-de-sac. Sunporch, dining room, 2 sitting rooms (1 up, 1 down) pool table upstairs, 3 TV's including smart TV downstairs so you can watch your subscriptions plus DVD player in upstairs TV.,we have beach chairs. No student rentals allowed. No smoking in the house.

We had a lot of rain, but the house was very accommodating to inside fun, too. When the sun did break through, the coastal views were absolutely glorious. Owner was very easy to work with and available as needed. Highly recommend.

This Beach house is wonderful. 4 bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, great views, and in a great location. The house was clean and in great shape, and the photos are accurate. We would rent this house again.

We loved our stay! Location can't be surpassed and evenings on the deck overlooking the ocean were the top. Everything you need is here (except AC which is mostly not needed). Would stay again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The views really are amazing with sun and moonrises over the ocean. The only improvement I would recommend is better mattresses or toppers as the beds were a bit too firm.

This property was perfect for our family with amazing views from almost every room. Aside from the beautiful view from the cliff, this house was in a great location, close to restaurants and beaches. Deborah was so nice and responsive throughout the process. I’ve already recommended this house to friends and family and plan to book again next year!!

Stayed here with 7 other women for a little weekend getaway by the beach and could not have been happier. Whole process from booking to checkout was seamless. If you’re looking for a gorgeous view of the ocean, stop looking and book here. The views were unreal. I could sit on either of the back decks all day long. The property is very clean. The host is extremely responsive and so pleasant to deal with. Any question I had was answered immediately. The house was a quick drive or walk to the beach and about 30 mins from Newport. The town is so beachy and quaint. It was an all around perfect location. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Narragansett and would love to come back again. Kudos to the Deborah for having such an amazing home to rent! 10 out of 10!

Our family vacation at Deborah's house was just wonderful! By far, everyone's favorite place was the deck with the ocean view. When trying to find a restaurant with a scenic patio, we decided that we had the best view here and did take-out each night instead to eat on the deck. Deborah was also very friendly and helpful in giving us suggestions of things to do with little ones. I definitely want to go back!

Our family of four enjoyed staying at this home. The ocean in the backyard brought much peace and tranquility. All our needs were met at the home and we enjoyed being 1/4 Mike from the Scarborough state beach.

Had a lovely family weekend! The house is a bit out~dated as mentioned in others reviews but the spectacular ocean views make it worth it! The sound of the ocean waves & watching all the surfers while sitting on any of the decks where wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was on the ocean front and the views were amazing. The house had everything our family of 8 needed, kitchen essentials, cleaning products, etc. The owner was always totally pleasant and responsive with my various questions. The snooker table upstairs was a hit with the kids ( and the adults!). The beach was minutes away, and we ate at great restaurants nearby. Overall, a fabulous stay. We hope to return.

Owner was great! Responded immediately, helpful, super nice and thoughtful. Accurate instructions, suggestions and instructions. Location was breathtaking -right on the water with views of the coast line, boats, Point Judith lighthouse and New Port bridge. The neighborhood was quaint, quiet and very convenient to activities, restaurants and beaches!! We were there during a heat wave so was a bit toasty. The property could be updated but worked for us.

We had a great stay at Deborah’s house! You can’t beat the location, right on the water with multiple decks to take in the ocean view. Deborah was very responsive and incredibly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Would recommend for a large family or group!

What a beautiful location! The house was perfect for our family of five. We had the most relaxing week enjoying the local beach and catching up on the deck at sunset. Our kids even said it was one of their favorite places to visit. We can’t wait to visit again.

The home is very outdated and could use so many updates but the view helps you overlook it all, the sounds of the waves is like being in a sound machine, and the view of the moon and sunrise from the master makes you never want to leave. The fact that there are three showers and no hot water is lost by using them all at once makes getting ready to go out for the day or getting ready for bed a breeze with group. On a nice day the outdoor shower could have been used as well! Would love to see what this place looks like modernized for sure! What a gem!

Had a wonderful weekend with my family. Booking was easy, host was very attentive and property was as described. The area was quiet and views of the ocean spectacular. It was a beautiful mini vacation with great restaurants nearby. Close to Newport and the nightlife that town offers. But when it was time to come home a peaceful retreat awaited us. Highly recommended.
