Nestled in Narragansett Beach, this attractive house for $541 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy your Narragansett Getaway with our spotless and spacious vacation home. Conveniently located, close to beaches, historic Newport and it’s mansions, Lighthouses and much more. Spacious, light and bright and located on a quiet, friendly street. Main level features a huge open floor plan with Cathedral ceilings, seating for at least 8 in front of the TV, cozy electric fireplace, comfortable dining area and a gourmet kitchen with stainless gas stove, fridge and granite countertops that is fully outfitted with everything you need for a stress free vacation. The home has central air throughout. The main level opens to an 2 level, over-sized deck outfitted with a gas grill, outdoor dining and seating areas and an above salt system ground pool with deck off the house for a dip after a day at the beach or your adventures. PLEASE NOTE: The pool depth is less than 4 ft. There is no diving or jumping allowed. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool or on the deck area without an adult present at all times. All guests swim at their own risk. A U.S. Coast Guard approved Life Ring is directly located on the deck by the pool and is NOT to be USED unless case of emergency. The deck gate must remained lock at all times. The main level has two bedrooms with queen size beds and plenty of storage, beautifully furnished and tastefully appointed. There is also a full bath. The lower level features two more spacious bedrooms, plus a second full bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. The lower level includes a full laundry room for your use. The house is just a bike ride or a quick drive to the Narragansett Beach and numerous state beaches. 8 Beach chairs, towels, coolers are provided. Professionally laundered, all White Linens and bath towels are provided. Close to all area amenities. There are Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and the living room and includes Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime and other apps. Centrally located for summer activities: 5 mins drive to Narrow River access for Kayaking |2.7 miles drive to Narragansett Beach, 3 state beaches in town | 14 mins to URI | 20 mins to Newport | 35 mins to Providence The home’s sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1 - Queen / Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen / Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen/ Bedroom 4 - 2 Twin XL Guest interaction: I am a local Real Estate Broker and have lived in the area for over 50 years so I am familiar with all that is around us. I am more than happy to answer any questions or provide local recommendations. A house book will be available with information, suggestions, take out menus, etc. Neighborhood overview: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to Narrow River. We are a short walk from a small neighborhood playground and basketball court. In close proximity to: Drug Stores / Brickley's Ice Cream / Roch’s Market / Cumberland Farms / Stop & Shop / Numerous restaurants / Liquor store/ Shopping mall / Theaters and more. Professional Cleaning is done before and after each visit. Additional procedures include: ● All light switches, door knobs, handles and high touch surfaces sanitized. ● All shared use items such as remotes sanitized between stays. ● All linens and towels are to be replaced and sanitized between stays. ● All bedding is professionally cleaned, couches and soft surfaces sanitized with LYSOL DISINFECTANT . These cleaning measures are in addition to our already rigorous protocols. As always cleanliness and safety are top priority. There is a Ring doorbell at the front door. Due to insurance requirements, a camera is also on the back of the house, focused on deck and pool. Pets are welcome. For insurance purposes, please send me a pic of animal prior to booking. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY! Under no circumstances, are fireworks of any kind allowed. No more than 8 guests are allowed. 4 cars maximum and street parking is discouraged. No parties allowed.

Our stay was awesome , the area was as nice as the listing said it was. The property owner was very good with information to help us along on our stay. The house was perfect size and the pool was worth it for afternoons after the beach. I would recommend staying at this rental

We had an abdolutely wonderful time at this beach house! we've stayed at many lovely homes dealung with great host managers, but Kim is absolutely the best re accommodations, genuine caring , and so many extras with stocked cupboards, clean AND SOFT TOWELS AND ESP COMFORTABLE BEDS. House is very homey- house is gorgeous! we did NOT want to leave - my hubby, our dog and ME! Maureen S

We had a great time. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager checked in a few times making sure all was well and offering some advice on local activities. The kids really enjoyed the on-site pool. We were within easy distance to the beach and other activities

What a wonderful time my family had! We visit RI every year and this was our favorite stay. The kids had a blast in the pool, we were so close to bay campus beach, and we loved the neighborhood. Kim was super easy to work with and communicative. The house has everything you need and more. Highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay in the home and made many memories with our cousins that live close by. We had one mishap with a bed and it was fixed within a day plus some accommodations. I would suggest this home to anyone looking at staying in RI.

The entire experience was great! Check in and access was smooth, the house was a great set up for socializing in the kitchen/dining area and living room, the outdoor deck by the pool was a bonus. The location is a short easy drive to multiple beaches and having the pool allowed the kids to keep playing in water while the adults relaxed after the beach and got dinner ready. The neighborhood was great and allowed the kids a safe, easily manageable (would have been hard to get lost) place to ride their bikes. Kim was so easy to work with and accommodating and was clearly focused on making our stay a wonderful experience. All together the experience was exactly what you want for a vacation- easy and relaxing. We are already looking at what week we will be back next year!

Every aspect of our reservation was great. The check in was super easy, communication was great, and the house had everything we could need to enjoy our time there. Doesn’t hurt to be so close to a great ice cream shop either.

Perfect Vacation!

This was a perfect vacation. We relaxed, swam in the pool, ordered out and had a fantastic vacation despite Covid 19. Everything is in this beautifully decorated house that you could ever need. to be able to switch gears and rejuvenate. Kim was an excellent hostess and attended to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property even if you are from Rhode Island (which I am).

Wonderful summer getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Our group of four adults and four children ages 4-8 really enjoyed relaxing poolside, grilling, and playing in the backyard. Kim was a conscientious host and a great communicator. The house was very clean with comfortable linens, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and appreciated being able to get our groceries delivered. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Kim’s house! Every little detail was though through. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and had everything needed for cooking. The beach is close and great but may be too cold for swimming. But how lucky we were to have the pool where the kids spent hours enjoying themselves! Kim was also an amazing host, answering questions and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will be back!
