Elevator takes you right into this 4th floor penthouse apartment and despite being in the center of Reykjavik, there is no ambient sound if you don't want with closed windows. Look at the sunrise from the east and sunset to the west on the balcony or watch people's life on Reykjavik's most popular street from the other balcony
The kitchen is fully equip to cook a beautiful meal and contains nothing but the finest stainless steel appliances. Stay at our unit and enjoy the city central surrounded by all the major points, museums, restaurants, cafe and Icelandic stores!

Hilmar’s beautiful penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, just about a 2 minute walk to the church which is central to all the shops and restaurants. The penthouse had two great bedrooms, one beautiful bathroom with a separate shower with a rainfall shower head and a lovely great kitchen with all the conveniences. A little grocery store downstairs made things simple. Our group of 3 seniors found the elevator straight into the penthouse to be fantastic, and Hilmar was a fabulous host, able to advise us about all the details and make great recommendations. In particular he recommended the Easy Park app which made it ever so simple to buy and extend your parking time. We all highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again! Thank you Hilmar!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse. Hilmar, the Host, was excellent at communicating and offering up things to do in town. The property location can’t be beat and my family and I had a wonderful time.

This was an amazing location - right in the center of the old city just 2 blocks from the church and views of the ocean. We could see northern lights outside our window! It had everything we needed and was even quiet at night. Amazing! Hilmer responded immediately to every question and had his own suggestions for restaurants and activities.

This apartment is steps from the famous church and walking distance to the Pelan. It was spacious enough for my family of 4 and the beds were comfortable.
The only downside is the parking situation. Since you are in downtown, there is no designated parking and to park for free, you have to park 1/4-1/2 miles away. But being downtown has other perks like food and shopping.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
