The property is right in the middle of CBD and I feel like everything is so walkable. It was great. Everything was good there was a kitchen for when we needed to make breakfast as we leave very early daily for tours. It was so good that I started sending this property to friends and family for their visit. Everything is decent and instructions were easy. It’s right beside Sal’s Pizza too! It was truly value for money especially durig the marathon season. We were so happy with it.

Since it was right at the CBD and there are nearby bars there were nights that had been quite noisy as people are shouting and singing outside on a weekend. Cars passing by too. The bedsheet was not as white too im not sure of ot was thoroughly cleaned but maybe it was just person preference.

Its location and its tranquility in the CBD

It is advertised as having TWO bathrooms. It does NOT have two bathrooms. It has ONE bathroom (with shower, toilet and basin) and a separate toilet with hand basin (which does not constitute a bathroom)!

Fantastic location Good sized apartment

Some steps in the building (elderly auntie struggled) Only 1 air conditioning in lounge working. Owner informed on departure that she had already organised repair of bedrooms units.
