About this house rental
Villa with a privileged location, quiet, with 180° panoramic sea views, located in Puerto de Soller. Upstairs : 2 beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms and sea view terrace and a third bedroom on the garden side, for a sleeping capacity of 6 people. Large living room, large terrace, real living room, quiet and comfortable. Large equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Beautiful spaces, satellite television, wifi / fibre optic internet. Air conditioning in rooms.
For reasons of safety and tranquility of the tenants, the house is not suitable for young children who have acquired walking.
We recommend supervision of children on the terraces.
The house has many steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Car recommended for food purchases and the visits.
Access to the sea at 5 minutes walking distance, first supermarkets 600m away. Rare and quality product.
40 minutes from Palma.
At the end of your stay, the house must be left in a correct state.
Cleaning costs are extra and are 125€.
Before your reservation, please provide us with a photocopy of your identity card.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Mallorca. The views were absolutely spectacular, and the sunsets each evening were unforgettable. This property makes you feel that you are in a true Mallorcan home with its beautiful architecture, arches and furnishings. The house was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If you like to cook the kitchen has everything you could need. The showers have excellent water pressure. The property is a very short walk from the beaches, restaurants and shops. Parking at the front and rear of the house is also a great plus for loading and unloading luggage and supplies. Port Soller is a paradise that is close to all of the best hikes, drives, with nearby towns and calas (beaches). The hosts clearly take great pride in maintaining the property. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to enjoy Mallorca and would gladly stay here again.

This was the second time my family and I have stayed in this property. As before, it was clean and well equipped. On checking in we had an issue with the electrical system but this was relatively quickly resolved through a phone conversation with the property owner with no further problems during our stay.The property has a brilliant view over Porte de Soller bay and a fabulous location to watch the sun setting.It is an ideal location to use as a base for exploring the surrounding landscape but this property would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues because of the number and steepness of steps leading down to the town. Nevertheless, we had a great time and a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely stay at this property overall. We especially enjoyed the spectacular and breathtaking view and spaciousness of the house. Balconies and view from the bedrooms we really enjoyed. There are a lot of stairs which mostly didn't worry us as we benefited from the beautiful view but the heat made it a bit tricky during the day heading in and out of the town with the kids. The kitchen and it's appliances were quite dated but I think that was fairly represented in the photos so can't complain. Overall it was a great rental for the week. Thank you for having us!

Lovely home with amazing views and beautiful grounds. We arrived to a nice gift basket on the patio!
The only drawback was the day before we arrived we got an email from the owner that said we could do a thorough cleaning upon departure or hire their contact to clean for us. This was not mentioned in the VRBO description and at the price we paid we assumed cleaning was included. If this is their standard way of getting the unit cleaned that needs to be addressed. VRBO did tell us that if the cleaning fee is not in the description the renter is not responsible.
It did weigh on our mind the week we were there but there was no further mention of it from the owners.
