The location is perfect, especially for West End, as it is only a short walk (20-30 minutes) or a few bus stops to most of the theaters; you probably wouldn't find anything as conveniently located for this price. The rooms are big; it is much more convenient to stay in an apartment with a fridge, washer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, etc. However, please bear in mind that you probably won't be able to cook properly, as you'd have to buy all the essentials like oils, salt, sugar, spices - there's nothing provided, except tea and coffee. But for baking a frozen pizza or reheating a pre-cooked dish, it works just fine. The water pressure in the shower was really good, too!
We stayed in 1B, and if you are assigned this apartment, I highly recommend that you bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs. The bedroom windows open onto a very narrow passage between 2 buildings, and the businesses that have entrances and windows in that passage (like cafes and others) roll down their metal security gates between midnight and 2 am. The sound they make is screechy and extremely loud: first of all, it is in a narrow passage, so the echo makes it much louder. Secondly, the window frames are old (the ones that you pull up to open), they have noticeable gaps between the frames, so they do not help with the sound. When people walk by or the pub visitors are smoking and talking outside, you can hear them like they are in the same room with you (with the windows closed). The curtains are so transparent that once the sun is up, it is very light in the room, see the photo (hence the recommendation for a mask). Sleeping on the couch in the living room is better from the noise standpoint; however, that room has a huge glass pyramid rooflight that has no curtains (impossible structurally), so it is also very light in the room since early morning.

The closeness to the hospital we had to attend. Close to trains link. The layout of the room and lighting. Close to attractions and small supermarket.
More tea, coffee, sugar would have been good.
