Nestled in Es Canar, this charming house for $496 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Very sunny house with pool located behind the house, accessed through a door from the garden of the house. It has a beautiful garden surrounded by plants and some trees, it is very sunny with a porch (table and chairs for dinner) and sunbeds and umbrellas for sunbathing. You have all kinds of material to go to the beach available to you. A few meters from the house, you can access four different sandy beaches. Cala Martina, Es canar beach, Cala Nova and Cala Leña.

The property is a good size 3 bedroom house with air conditioning and pool. It’s 5 minutes walk to the main beach, ferry and hippy market. We just relaxed at the beach and travelled to some of the nearby towns for lunch. The weather was perfect.

Villa is a good location within walking distance of 2 great but different beaches. Villa is equipped with all you need and a pool that kept the kids busy for hours. Susanna was a great host willing to help us with anything we needed and addressing any concerns

Our family had a very nice and beautiful vacation at Susanna house which is close to Es Canar and the Hippimarket in Punta Arabi. Only 30 Meters away is a small market where you can buy all the things you need during a day. Susannas House is big with a lot of space around the house, the rooms are big enough and it is possible to climate all the rooms. In front of the two entrancadoors is a rooftopped outdoor round table where you can have breakfast or dinner in the evening. We played cards there with 6 people in the evening. Even by rain we were setting outside and didn't get wet. As well there is a very big pool (10 x 4 Meters) behind the house which enjoyed our Kids every day after the beach for a few more hours.
Susanna is a very lovey host and she always answered all our questions we had.
We would book the house definately again.

Due to Covid we had had to cancel our stay last year at the villa and we had not been abroad since summer 2019.
Susana was very reasonable and fair about us having to cancel and re book for 2022.
This was also the first time we had moved away from a package type holiday and booked a villa with separate flights and car hire, so the holiday was a new experience altogether for us.
The villa is in an excellent location for two beaches and the town with restaurants and shops all very close by. There are two good beaches within 5 mins walk in either direction.
It is also only a short walk to the famous Hippy Market every Wednesday.
Susana the host was excellent with her communication and attendance if we had any issues. Any problems during our stay were resolved quickly by Susana.
Susana was also very flexible with allowing us to book 12 nights for our stay, which is often difficult to find with many other villas that only offer either 7 or 14 night stays. Thank you to Susana for allowing us that duration of stay.
The pool is an excellent size and private.
It is located directly next to another pool belonging to a neighbouring hostel.
Whilst you are aware of other people in the neighbouring pool, you are not directly overlooked and there is a dividing wall separating both pools.
We had no problems with noise issues from the neighbouring hostel during our stay and the guests were generally very respectful of guests staying in the villa.
The garden areas are generous and nicely landscaped and the property is secure behind iron gates. The addition of a table tennis or pool table in the garden would also be considered a nice additional touch for future stays.
The pool area whilst large and as a result is a big selling feature of the villa, could benefit from some additional external lighting so that the pool could be more readily used in the evenings.
While the main bedroom and lounge have air conditioning, installing additional air conditioning in the other two bedrooms would also be very beneficial.
Communication with Susana from
the Uk before we went was also excellent and reassuring.
Taking all into account, including the location of the villa, car parking provision and overall value for money, which is also a very attractive and reasonable price, we very much enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this villa to others.
We would also consider rebooking the villa again should we return to Ibiza in the future.

We really appreciated having so much space indoors and outside for our group of four adults and two children. The house is well located on a quiet street on the edge of Es Canar, close to the Hippy Market. There is ample parking space for two cars at the entrance to the property. Susana was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the toys she provided for the children. As our visit was in August it would have been better to have air conditioning in the two bedrooms which only have fans. It would also be helpful to have access to Wi-Fi in all rooms.

We loved staying at this beautiful property. Super spacious with a private pool and walking distance from various beaches, shops & restaurants. The hosts picked us up from the airport and were easy to communicate with throughout. Can't wait to cone stay again in fhe future! Would definitely recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

Fabulous villa in Es Canar
We had a wonderful week in Susana's house. The house is in Es Canar but on the edge so if a resort is not your thing, you can go the other direction walking and eat at some more local vibe bars. 8 minutes walk from Cala Martina beach restaurant and it's a few minutes more along the beach for a totally different high-end Ibiza vibe at Nikki Beach bar. Go the other direction from the house and it's about a 20 min walk to Cala Nova Beach which has various bars and restaurants with different vibes. If you've a car, you're a short drive from many beautiful beaches in the north of the island.
The house was super easy to find, 30-35 mins drive from the airport. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Two good bathrooms. Pool is fab. There is a hostal pool next door which would make the pool a little less private if busy but it was closed when we were at the house.
Small and expensive supermarket across the road, a good size Eroski a few mins drive away and you don't even have to go into Santa Eularia to get there so a bonus.
We had a brief issue with the fuse box and the water, excellent communication from Susana and sorted quickly.
There are bikes at the house and also lots of stuff for the beach which was very convenient.
All good value house with loads of pluses. Can't think of any negatives!

La anfitriona es realmente amable, muy atenta y de facil contactar.
Estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros y se mantuvo al margen para no interferir en nuestro día a día pero sabíamos que estaba allí en caso de cualquier apuro. Un 10/10.

Bien pero con pegas
Sobre la casa y susana no tenemos pegas. La casa estaba limpia y era muy cómoda; la piscina increíble, nos encantó; y las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas.
Susana, por su parte, siempre atenta y super amable.
Si tuviéramos algo malo que decir, sería que éramos seis personas y solo había 4 toallas grandes para la ducha así como que ella vino dos veces a la casa, cuando no estábamos, para traer el contrato y cuchillos porque no había suficientes.
Por lo demás, ninguna queja.

El alojamiento está genial y en una zona muy tranquila y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Susana y Javi muy atentos y pendientes de todo. La comunicación rapidísima y el registro de entrada y salida los más eficientes que he visto. Muy recomendable.

Great villa and a great location
Susana was extremely helpful from start to finish, especially given the uncertainty of the coronavirus lockdown.
We were so pleased that our holiday could go ahead - the villa was spotlessly clean, and very homely. The pool was great and our girls (4 and 7) especially loved it.
The location of the villa was excellent too, in a nice quiet area, but easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bakery, shops, etc. and with parking right outside.
I agree with the previous comment that air conditioning in all of the bedrooms would have made it a little more comfortable, but this wasn't a big concern for us.
Overall we loved our stay and would definitely like to return again.

Lovely house in a great location
The property is great. The outside space is fantastic, with multiple areas to eat and relax and a lovely pool with plenty of loungers to relax on.
The location is fantastic, it is 1 minute walk to a lovely little bar/restaurant and a little convenience store and a few minutes walk to many more, The boat to Ibiza Town, Formentera and Santa Eulalia runs from a stop less than 5 mins walk, despite it's close proimity to all these amenities it is quiet and secluded.
The only thing I would change is to have air con in all the bedrooms, it is in 1 bedroom and the lounge, however we were there in the height of summer and being English we found it a little too hot in the evening/nights.
Susana was a fantastic host with plenty of info ahead of the trip and very helpful during our stay.
I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing holiday!
Excellent location, close to bars , restaurants, shops and beaches. Es Canar is a lovely resort, would definitely stay again. We stayed in the villa for a week during the first week of July, weather was hot and sunny. It was a family holiday for our wedding anniversary celebration, there were six of us including myself, my husband, two daughters and their partners. Absolutely loved the swimming pool and outside area, plenty of space. We had two lovely barbecues whilst we were there. Property clean and spacious inside. Susanna was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Mi familia y yo pasamos ocho noches en la casa de Susana en Es Canar. Todo estuvo verdaderamente muy bien, es una casa muy bonita, espaciosa, limpia, agradable. Fuera tiene un gran jardín muy acogedor. y presidiéndolo una palmera que podría ser el símbolo de la casa. La piscina y el solarium merecen un comentario aparte: estupendos.
Susana estuvo muy atenta y tanto para la entrada como para la salida fue flexible en todo lo que le pedimos. Le deseamos lo mejor.

The accommodation is fantastic-loads of room, loads of places to sit inside and out and really nicely decorated. Air con in main bedroom and lounge and fans in the other rooms. Pool was a good size and kept clean. Location was 5 min walk from hippy market and 5 mins in the other direction to the central beach with bars and restaurants en route. There is a lay-by outside the house for parking a car if you rent one. Susana was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend

Perfect holiday
Hi, we stayed for two weeks and had the perfect holiday. The house is lovely and the pool in a quiet area so we had privacy. We had a chose of two beaches, one that had lots of bars and restaurants. The other Cala Martina is very quiet and beautiful, we went to the quiet beach and Se Trenka restaurant we loved it. We went to the Hippy market on the Wednesday and bought some lovely clothes and gifts. Thank you Susana for making us feel so welcome.

Belle et grande maison avec tous les équipements nécessaires et idéalement située dans Es Canar..
La maison est magnifique, très bien décorée et spacieuse. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour parfait. La maison est calme et tres bien située dans Es Canar. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous et l accueil de Susana fut parfait.
Nous regrettons juste un lave vaisselle mais Susana nous a expliqué que l eau trop calcaire empêchait son installation. Le lit d une des 3 chambres est trop petit pour 2. Aussi nous vous déconseillons cette location si vous êtes 6. Parfaite pour 5. A moins que le 6ieme ne dorme sur le canapé assez grand et confortable. Enfin la piscine est très grande et parfaitement équipée (matelas, transats, parasols...) Mais malheureusement nous n avons pu en profiter les premiers jours car l eau avait tourné et l entreprise pour l'entretien est venue avec 1 jour de retard. Cependant rien de grave car la plage est à 2 pas.
Si vous voulez passer un séjour au top, venez chez Susana. Nous reviendrons

Beautiful
Fabulous villa. Susana was lovely and had everything from beach umbrellas to a record player. Garden is beautiful and huge and has a BBQ the pool is fab. Very spacious outside and inside. Located in the perfect area for everything. Couldn't be happier with it and wish we can come back!

Tatsachen verschwiegen
Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen, da das Wasser unsauber war. Eine Filteranlage fehlte. Auch waren an 3 Tagen Arbeiter da die den Platz am Pool fliesten.
Die Besitzer haben ihre Katzen auf dem Grundstück sich selbst überlassen, indem sie 3 aufgeschnittene Tüten Katzenfutter in einer Schubkarre deponierten. Die Tür ,oder ein unvergittertes Fenster offen zu lassen war nicht möglich, da dann die Katzen ins Haus kamen. Die Stuhlkissen in Außenbereich waren von den Katzen beschmutzt und rochen sehr stark.

Zeer ruim huis met mooie tuin, uitgebreide inventaris
Huis is zeer ruim. Is werkelijk voorzien van vele extra's (complete keukeninventaris incl citruspers, toaster, pergolator bv.). Ruime tuin met veel zitplekken, ligbedden en zwembad. Gelegen in wat toeristisch El Canar, met op loopafstand veel buurtsupers en restaurantjes. Per auto zijn alle hoeken en leuke strandjes en baaitjes van het hele eiland makkelijk te bereiken. Hippiemarkt Punta Arabi is aan het einde van de straat. Eigenaresse Susana is makkelijk telefonisch te bereiken en lost problemen direct op (koude douche). Aanrader voor families of meerdere stellen.
