We had an amazing stay here and it started with a wonderful welcome from Mari. Clear communication from the moment we booked this property. Perfect location if you want to explore Port Soller and since we come to Mallorca every year we know quality accommodation.

Our family of 4 adults stayed here for a week in early April. The house is in an elevated position in the centre of the bay providing spectacular views of the entire bay from a lovely tiled terrace. There is table seating for 8 and 2 chaises longues on the terrace. It’s less than a 10 minute walk downhill (though a fairly easy walk back up) to the many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes along the waterfront. It’s a large and spacious house on three floors with traditional decor. The house is very clean and the outdoor areas are very tidy. The small kitchen has just been fully redone and is well equipped with all new equipment, utensils, cutlery, glassware, etc. Being there the first week of April, the temperatures were cool overnight. The bedrooms and living/dining area have good heating units though the classic tile floors can get cold — so bring slippers! Mari who greeted us was very pleasant and efficient.

The kitchen perhaps a little on the small side for 10 guests, and our car was broken into while parked outside (no fault of the owner obviously).

Mari, our host couldn’t have been more helpful she was a delight to meet and made sure everything was in order and we had her details if needed. The property is vast, situated over 3 floors so there is plenty of space for everyone. Our party included two very young children ( aged 1.5 and 3 years) and two octogenarians. My only recommendation is the house may benefit from having 2 or three stair gates for families with young children to prevent accidents and offer parents peace of mind. Also the walk to and from the sea front is very steep in places so if any members of your party are a little infirm this could be a problem. Fortunately our mature relatives coped surprisingly well and by the end of our stay we were all quite a bit fitter from climbing steps and hills! We have enjoyed a lovely family holiday in a beautiful house. Thank you so much Mari and Vbro,

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Blick über Port Soller
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Der Check-In konnte auf unseren Wunsch sogar deutlich früher erfolgen, zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank. Das Haus liegt in idealer Lage mit überragendem Blick über Port Soller und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Lokalen, Geschäften und dem wunderbaren Sandstrand in der Bucht. Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine eigene Klimaanlage, alle Bäder sind modern frisch renoviert. Die Küche ist etwas klein und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend. Wir haben als Familie eine wunderbare Woche verbracht.

We rented this property as a base for 8 cyclists, it is an excellent location for cycling in the winter although many restaurants are not open during Jan, but we knew this ahead of time. The house is great and the surrounding villages beautiful. Highly recommended location and very helpful house manager.

Lovely large terrace with beautiful view. Quiet area. Close to the beach. Good spacious apartment. Port de Soller is a really nice town with a nice boardwalk. Many nice restaurants and cafes. Beautiful scenery with the mountains behind, with the possibility of fantastic hiking. Greatest recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay. No complaints apart from broken handle on downstairs bathroom which caused a few scares! The house, view, location are excellent giving all parties the space to be together as well as to privacy. The management were always there although we didntreally need them x

Lovely house
Beautiful house, very spacious and comfortable. Amazing views from the two balconies and it was great to have a barbecue. Air conditioning was ideal for the heat. Plenty of utensils, the kitchen was well equipped. A bit of a trek for the older members of our group to the beach/port but there was taxi’s to bring them back up the steep hill to the house. Mari was there to meet us and show us around the house and was very helpful to any questions we had. A lovely welcome as well as there was wine and glasses set out for us. Overall a wonderful stay and would love to visit again!

Wonderful house with a beautiful view of the sea
This is my second time in this fantastic house in Port de Soller, and I would love to go back again. We were 7 girls who went hiking in the mountains, visited Soller, Fornalutx, Déjà and Palma, and were sunbathing at the wonderful beach. Every day we had a morning swim before breakfast. The house is perfect for a big family or a group of friends - I strongly recommend it.

Recommended for holiday with teenagers
Lovely holiday - thanks Mari for your help. My teenage grandchildren loved the freedom of being able to walk down to the beach and swim in the sea. It's a beautiful, safe resort - thoroughly recommended for a family holiday. Hope to return.

Wonderful house with sea view
We had 5 lovely days at this wonderful house in Port de Soller. We really enjoyed being on the nice teracces eating breakfast, or having a glas of wine looking at the breathtaking sunset. Every morning we went down to the beach to have a refreshing morning swim in the nice clear water - just a 5 minutes walk down from the house. For those who want to hike in this area, Port de Soller is a perfect base for awesome trips in this beautiful part of Mallorca. The beds were really comfortable - not to hard, that often is a problem for me. Mari is lovely and always helpfull - she assisted us to get a maxi taxi and welcomed us with wine and some breakfast for the morning after. I really hope to get back soon.

Lovely property
We stayed in this property to celebrate a big birthday, there were 7 of us. Wonderful views and balconies to sit and sunbath on. Ideally placed, 5 minutes walk to the sea and all the restaurants and many charms of Port de Soller, including a tram stop. Lots to do in the town, a very charming place.

A house that exceeds expectations!
We loved this house! The layout was perfect for our party of 6 adults and everyone had their own space and privacy both internally and on the terraces, which all had a fabulous view of the bay. Mari could not have been more helpful both before and after our arrival and offered ideas and advice during our stay. The house was clean and well maintained. We particularly loved breakfasting on the dining terrace and watching the sun go down at the end of the day - wonderful views at any time of day. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful house, great location & wonderful view!
My family and I stayed in this beautiful house in July 2016 for one week. The owner Mari was extremely helpful from the start - she assisted me with airport transport and general information about boat hire in Port de Soller. She was in regular contact via Whatsapp ahead of us arriving, so I felt reassured that we were in good hands. The house itself was wonderful - very spacious and clean. The views from the terrace were fantastic - we just loved sitting there chatting over breakfast and having a bbq in the evenings and the sun was going down. The location is close to the waterfront - shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. You can be on the beach in 5 mins. Port de Soller as a resort is upmarket and classy with a 'sporty' feel - cycling, hiking and diving excursions can all be organised easily. I am sure we will be back next year!

Fantastic location, ideal for family and friends!
We travelled to Mallorca in April and had an amazing fun time. The island is absolutely beautiful with amazing blue waters and scenery. Many authentic little towns are spread all over Mallorca and are ideal to stroll and enjoy a meal. We visited Valldemossa, Lluc, Fornalutx amongst others… but specially loved Deiá where we spent a whole day snorkelling, diving from the cliffs and sunbathing in a quiet cove with saphyr-like blue waters.
Also recommend doing some trekking routes, as the inland scenery is also impressive, with fantastic mountain ranges. We went for the “Refugi Tossals Verds” route starting from the water bottling plant near “Mancor de La Vall”. It was an easy 12 km route with amazing views despite the cloudy weather that we experienced that day; however this was better for hiking because the temperatures were lower.
The “villa” was just perfect for the 8 of us! The rooms were large, comfortable and nicely decorated and equipped, which made us really feel like home. Specially enjoyed the terrace, where we would lounge every afternoon and enjoy the views and breath taking sunsets over Port Sóller. We also loved having breakfast every morning and sometimes had dinner at the Barbecue!!! This was our favourite part of the house!
The location is excellent just 5 minutes walking from the beach. Port Sóller, has a really cool atmosphere with plenty of fun activities and excursions by boat. A number of restaurants along the seafront serve delicious freshly caught fish; we experienced “Ses Oliveres” & “Sabarca Restaurant”, which absolutely made our day. Also there are plenty of nightlife options and chic terraces and bars ideal to enjoy a cocktail or two.
Highly recommend travelling to Mallorca. If you´re a group of friends or family, this is the place for you. Can´t wait to return!!
