Villa was perfect for our October break. Indoor and outdoor living areas are excellent with loads of space and seating.
Enjoyed the heated pool and having a daily swim at end of October a real treat.
The location is ideal, easy to find with good parking and a short and lovely walk along the pine walk into the town to the restaurants.
Communication with David was easy with prompt replies and helpful advice on local knowledge.
Overall this is a great villa and a brilliant location.
Thanks

Loved our stay here. The pool is a great size, location is fantastic- a short walk to the Pine Walk and beaches. Small food within walking distance. We hired a car but unless you want to see the area, it’s not really necessary. We (three friends) will be back. Could easily accommodate 3 couples though! Communication with the owner was also very good. Thank you!

What a fantastic property! Spotlessly clean with an excess of equipment (more plates, cutlery and glasses/cups that a party of 40 would know what to do with). Bathrooms were great with plentiful hot water and powerful showers. Even with 6 adults and various hair dryers/straighteners, we never experienced any electrical issues that were mentioned in other reviews. The pool and outside areas were perfect with only a slight criticisms that the sun beds were a little uncomfortable and a bbq would be a good addition.
The location was nice and quiet with a pleasant 15-20 minute walk, along the beautiful seafront pine walk, to the main centre of bars and restaurants.
Highly recommended and would certainly consider a return visit.

This property has a very nice location in a very peaceful and calm neighbourhood, only a three minutte stroll from the sea. By only a 10 - 15 min nice walk along the beachside your are in the Central part of Port the Pollença with a variety of dining options. The pictures of the property does not lye about the size of the swimming pool. The house is well equipped and has air conditioners in all sleeping rooms.

We had a great stay at this villa. It is an excellent Villa which is really clean and well equipped including lots of toys and things for the kids inc travel cot and high chair which made it really easy with our little one. The Villa was really clean and nice little touches like the travel cot being made up when we arrived.
The pool is really nice and plenty of Sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. The photos don’t really do it all justice.
The location is great, just a short walk to the pine walk and then a nice walk along the front to the main area where the restaurants and bars are. It’s been a great stay and we hope to return in the future.

The photos as everyone else has said does not do this place justice.
Clean and tidy
A very private space that isn’t overlooked
Pool is a lovely temperature
A cot was provided with a mattress and bedding, and a high chair
The place has a very homely feel
My kids made full use of the toy box that’s there which was a god send given their ages
The Villa is less than 5 mins from the sea
Lots of kids cutlery so wouldn’t need to bother with our own in the future
Has a dishwasher and washing machine
Wi-Fi was brill
Has a bath - perfect for little ones
Lots of sun beds and outdoor furniture
Really good size beds
Can’t recommend this place enough! Would love to go back again!

We had a two weeks holiday at the villa and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is great, it has everything you can possibly need, including loads of board games, table tennis, badminton net and is 5 min walk to the sea front, where there are dozens of places to eat and drink. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool, of a fantastic size (10x5) The outside area is great to relax, with the mountains view in the background. Much better than the pictures on the listing. Hopefully we’ll be back. Thanks to Toni and Yolanda for looking after us.

The house is broadly as described in the lovely resort of Puerto Pollensa so that`s a positive but there were issues, including one major one.
The major issue that needs addressed, and at the very least mentioned in the welcome email, are the electrics of the house which resemble something you`d see in Thailand or India rather than the EU - it concerned me and I do wonder if a fire hazard. Essentially the house has a 9KW capacity and at any given time 6KW is used by the pool heater/pump.
This means that turning on anything beyond 2 hobs will fuse the house as we found out to our detriment halfway through cooking dinner. (with no way of turning back on) We were plunged into darkness for 90 minutes. David didn`t as much as apologise and his responses were always rather passive aggressive and curt.
I`m not sure if the house has a smoke alarm but it didnt go off when we burnt food one day which further alarmed me in this regard. Even when the house doesnt fuse the lights are constantly flickering and and making a buzzing noise.
Other problems (like TV not working and pool heater needing repaired) I can put down to being first people of season. (Toni, your contact on the ground is a lovely man though his phone is always turned off meaning you need to contact via UK)
Overall we still managed to enjoy our stay but room for improvement here and electrics need sorted asap.

Lovely stay - perfectly located just back from the beAch but close to great restaurants.

We had a truly fabulous stay at this villa, everything was spotless on arrival and the outside space has a real wow factor. The whole family enjoyed the pool which is larger and deeper than you often get in private villas and the space around it was perfect for chilling.
Inside the beds were super comfy and the showers were nice and powerful. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and glasses. The AC was really useful for sleeping at night as it was so warm during our stay.
The location of the villa is also really great for the beach and the 15min walk along the pine walk into the centre of town, its also just 5mins walk to a Spar supermarket with fresh baked bread and pastries all day. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance too.
We had a wonderful holiday here with lots of amazing memories.

The villa was clean and spacious with well needed effective air conditioning. Lovely outdoor space with a shaded seating area and a large pool and huge roof terrace with table tennis table.
We had a wonderful family week relaxing at the pool eating out at the many restaurants ( walkable) and looking out at lovely sea views. Communication with David the owner was excellent too. Hope to return in the future!

Great holiday
Very clean and well equipped property. Location great, short walk to beach and along shore into town. Comfortable beds, great showers, well equipped kitchen. Good sized pool and outdoor area. All in all very enjoyable and convenient for us. Great local cycling and lots to do locally

Beautiful villa in an excellent location
The villa has a lovely feel to it, it's spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We really felt at home there. The pool is fantastic and the garden big enough for badminton, etc. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from the lovely beachside promenade where you can wander along in the shade of pine trees to all the beachside restaurants and cafes.

Family getaway
We visited the villa with our daughters and granddaughter (9 months) and were delighted with what we saw on arrival - and continued to enjoy this lovely villa throughout the week. The location is great and the walk to cafes and restaurants was very pleasant. The villa is very well-equipped throughout and we felt as if we were staying in someone's home - with toys etc. which the baby enjoyed. If we were to return to this part of Majorca we would be delighted to stay in Villa 10 again; thank you!

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location
We were a family of 5 including a 21 month old . The villa was perfect with 3 bedrooms , a cot had been put in the 3rd bedroom . The beds were really comfortable & there is plenty storage to put everything away .
The kitchen was very well equipped but would have like some plastic plates for the little one .
The location is fantastic , just a short walk from the beach & plenty fabulous restaurants within a 10-15min walk along the front .
We will definitely go back as it felt like a home from home .

We (family of 5 from Denmark) just returned.
The house is indeed perfect (but) some pictures from the top roof - full access, furnitured and gives you a magnificent view - are missing on the homepage. This should be a selling point! I spend one than one hour just sitting and enjoying the view. Mornings are best.
Even in October the pool was great, as it is heated, so the five of us did some 9PM swimming.
Kitchen has everything, but I can't compite with the restaurants almost next door and they are not expensive.
All in all: If you in doubt, go for this one - you won't be sorry!

Excellent As always
We have recently returned from David's property. The villa is in a great location. It's tucked down the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. It's a short stroll from the sea and a pleasant 20 minutes along pine walk to all the restaurants. If you fancy watching the sun go down, the G&T bar on the waterfront of the Illa D'Or hotel is a great place to stop. If you don't fancy going too far for something to eat, then The Formentor Cafe just along from the villa serves great food. It also incorporates a small shop and bakery, which is handy.
The property is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and great comfy beds. There are 2 bathrooms with walk in showers, and one of them incorporates a bath, so great for children. The house is very well equipped, you'll find everything you need. We love the large pool, and there's a lot of outdoor space. There is a lovely outdoor seating area which is partly shaded, which is good for little ones.
If you feel energetic enough, you can play ping pong, or have a game of badminton in the garden. We've stayed at the villa on several occasions, either as a couple, with friends or with our son and daughter in law and their 3 small children. We feel it's like home from home. Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa in a great location!
We have just returned from a wonderful week in Puerto Pollença.
The villa is superb and finished to a very high standard. The outside area is spacious with comfortable furniture which is ideal for a drink in the evening. The pool ( again spacious) is lovely. An added bonus is the roof terrace with the ping pong table which created hours of fun!
The walk into the centre of town along the pine walk is very pleasant as the resort itself is amazing with plenty of delicious food on offer from the many restaurants, a casual stroll about 15-20 mins.
I highly recommend this villa !

Superb!
This villa is in an excellent location in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short distance from the beautiful Pine Walk. It's perfect for families, all on one level with three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms (walk in showers in both, bath in one) and really well equipped with quality furniture, bedlinen, towels etc. The kitchen is large and has everything you could need - plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses plus microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is efficient air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, we were very grateful for this at night as it was very hot when we visited. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived and was cleaned mid-way though our stay, bedlinen and towels changed etc.
The outside space is much larger than we expected, it's not overlooked and the pool is beautiful, our kids loved it. There is also excellent wifi accessible both inside and outside.
We loved the resort and enjoyed eating out every evening. There's a huge number of restaurants within walking distance - car not necessary at this villa - we booked private transfers to and from the airport and took a taxi to the old town on market day, but walked everywhere else.
The owner was very communicative and responsive to all of my questions before our stay, he uses the villa with his own family and most of the guests are returners who have stayed at the villa before which is a good indication of the standard of accommodation and the facilities available.
All in all highly recommended, we all had a fabulous time, book with confidence (if you can find any availability!).

On arriving at the villa and opening the gate were amazed by the beautiful pool and area surrounding it. The Villa was lovely and spotless with everything you could wish for plus the added bonus of WiFi which really pleased my husband. The villa area was very quiet and very secluded.
On turning right out off the little cul de sac you just needed to cross the road and were by the sea. Bliss! We walked into Pollensa quite a few times and got a taxi back 5 euros, really good as it was so hot 88/91 degress we could not wait to get back to our pool.
There is a spar shop only 5mins away which we visited just for milk and bread. We did a big shop in the supermarket in Pollensa and the lady on the checkout then phoned for a taxi for us. The service was great.
We visited the Laguna for some evening meals and that was really nice, and again only 5 mins from villa.
While we were staying at the villa I rang David the owner to book for next year I think it was the last week left of july and all August had been booked.
I have told my friends how absolutely wonderful this villa is but I am certainly not telling them were as the more that know the less chance we have of being able to get our week. HEHE
This villa is ideal for all ages and has everything you could possible want.

We've just spent a week here and cannot compliment it highly enough. The accommodation is really top notch, very well equipped and David, the owner, has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.
A special word too for Toni the maintenance guy who was a great help and was so cheerful about it!

The Villa suited us well - my husband and I had one double bedroom with en suite walk in shower and separate bath with french doors leading to the terrace/pool area.
My parents took the double bedroom at the other side of the Villa also with french doors leading onto the pool and our 13 month old daughter had the children's room (it had a single bed and a double bed but she slept in a comfortable travel cot with Mammas & Pappas mattress provided by the owner). My parents used the bathroom also with walk in shower at that side of the Villa.
The pool is a great size and easy to get into for my mother with knee replacements! It is cleaned/maintained every few days my Toni - who is your contact in resort. Toni speaks excellent English and was contactable even late into the evening (when I locked us out....don't do that!).
The kitchen is large with loads of glasses/mugs/plates etc and there is a lovely dining table and umbrella outside the back which we enjoyed every day.
The villa was clean (also cleaned/beds changed once a week). The owner gave me confidence in the booking answering all questions promptly and with a really friendly tone.
The location is right at the very top of the resort - past the Hotel Illador close to the military hanger (for those of you that know the resort well). Fantastic location for Gin & Tonic corner at the Illador and the stunning view around the bay. The Formentor Store is a great shop/cafe/deli only 5 minutes walk away but the walk into the centre (ice cream roundabout) was about 20 minutes for us. Or 6 euro in a taxi.
We enjoyed restaurants on the sea front close to the Daina and the Miramar hotels and also in the main square. Something for everyone. I looked at reviews on Tripadvisor for other restaurants - The Stay on a calm sea day is one of the higher end restaurants. We also drove up to Tango which used to be in the main square but is now up towards Alcudia and gets great reviews - make sure you book for the view.
The Sunday market in Pollensa town is a great morning out for the atmosphere and we loved our coffee and ensamada sat at the bottom of the 365 steps!
We took the ferry round to Formentor (there are about 5 a day) but be warned this is a VERY popular thing to do so the beach - also stunning - was crammed full of beach towels!
We also hired bikes and cycled up to Alcudia - a cycle path 90% of the way there so felt safe.
We had a great time in a beautiful resort.

Villa, resort and weather all exceeded our expectations. Three generations in our party and was perfect for all of us. The villa was immaculate and the pool superb. Toni was lovely and on hand if we needed him. We all enjoyed the stroll along the Pine Walk to a great selection of restaurants. ( It is quite uneven and can be difficult with push chair). Don't miss enjoying a gin and tonic at the Illa D'or where they often have live music - only few minutes from villa. Highly recommended. LH and family Oxfordshire

This villa was in a fabulous location, just a few minutes walk from the beach yet hidden away and very private. The rooms were spacious, fresh and clean and very well equipt. There was plenty of outside space, well thought out, and the heated pool was a good size. We had good communication with the owner though we had no problems that needed resolving. I have already recommended this villa to friends and family though now I am not sure if that was a good idea as I don't want it to be booked up for when we want to go back!!!

We arrived late at night to find our villa ready and waiting for us - spotlessly clean and with every amenity you could wish for. Davids directions were spot on - thanks!
There was plenty of room to spread out ( or hide on the roof top terrace even!) The pool was warm and inviting - big enough to do laps or just splash about!
Cooking wasn't on our agenda but if you wanted to rustle up dinner everything was there for you! Plenty of glasses and the all important cork screw!
The house offers peace and privacy whilst only 200 steps ( I counted them!) to the beach and the waters edge! Just around the corner is the beautiful Illa D'or hotel where an obligatory G&T at their "Gin and Tonic" bar over looking the port is the perfect way to start the evening before strolling 10 mins along the Pine Walk which brings you into the Port itself.
There you have a myriad choice of bars and restaurants - all better than the next! Our favourites were Na Ruixa just off the Pine Walk for amazing T-bones! Also the traditional Celler de Parra on the main street entering the port was excellent. We tried 3 times to get in and on the third attempt we booked - and it was well worth the wait!
There is plenty to do in the area - endless walking trails and, if you are up to it ( with or without lycra !) hire a bike and explore! The cycle paths are abundant and very safe - motorists here are used to cyclists and are very considerate.
Our last day we had a late flight home so we explored the island en route to the airport. The road to Soller is spectacular - the scenery breathtaking! Drive on to Deia and see the village cut into the rock face and end up in Valdemossa - a fairy tale village before heading back to reality and the airport!
Our week was over far too quickly - we will be back!
Thanks David for making the booking process easy and allowing us to share your beautiful home in the sun!
